Nestled just a short walk from the iconic London Bridge, you'll be immersed in the heart of this vibrant LAKESIDE/GOLFCOURSE community.

    As a traveler, you'll delight in the array of amenities that await you. Unwind in the game room, or inviting outdoor pool or soak in the rejuvenating hot tub, all while enjoying the STYLISH condo with high-speed Wi-Fi. Refresh your wardrobe with the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer, and settle in for a cozy movie night on the smart, BIG SCREEN TV with satellite cable channels.

    Venture out and explore the breathtaking Lake Havasu, just a 13-minute walk away approximately, or head to the nearby Lake Havasu State Park for a day of outdoor adventure. Our walkway leads around the parks on both sides of the bridge. Back at the condo, you'll find a full kitchen with many gadgets, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary appliances and utensils to craft delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations on the kitchen island or step out to the balcony and savor the stunning water views and patio set for two.

    Indulge in the property's exceptional amenities, including a game room in beautiful club house, a variety of games, a DVD player with a video library, and even a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. For families, the outdoor play area and the selection of games for kids will keep the little ones entertained.

Beautiful condo that has everything vacationers need for a relaxing stay! Short walk to restaurants, movie theater, shopping and the historic London Bridge. Morning coffee from balcony and sunset views overlooking the golf course was bonus! From booking to check-in to check-out, the host was very responsive and communicated every detail. We are looking forward to our next stay!

The property has a great pool, easy boat parking, and restaurants are within walking distance. The actual unit is clean, well kept, and the AC worked well.

Comfortable space

The condo was the right size for our family of 4 plenty of bed space and seating for everyone. Easy walk to London bridge and watersports rental locations. The complex was quiet during our stay and everything worked as intended.

This was our 4th time staying here and we highly recommend it. Perfect location, clean space, close proximity to the London Bridge Resort and boat launches. Elaine is very responsive. Highly recommend.

Heinrich vacation fun

The area we love, and the Queens Bay Resort is the BEST. Our condo was very lovely decorated, but we found the bathroom faucets are in need of some love and updating as we were afraid to full the faucet out by the handle for fear of it coming off the wall in both bathrooms Other then that, I would frequest this condo again!

Havasu Getaway

We came down to watch Desert Storm. The condo was great! The host was quick to respond to any questions I had, and I had a bunch since this was our 1st VRBO experience! The room was in the perfect location. Close to everything. It was very well appointed with anything we would need while on vacation! We will definitely stay here when we come back!!

The property was clean and well appointed. It did open to the exterior which we were surprised. We thought it opened from the hallway. It’s in a neat part of town walk ability was amazing to so many things restaurants entertainment you name it.

Lake Havasu visit

The property is very nice and a perfect spot for a quiet quick vacation. The unit was well equipped and we enjoyed the pool a lot. Its right down between the London Bridge area and Rotary Park, perfect spot for families and couples. Also very close to grocery and other amenities. Small issue with the hot water heater, but that was quickly rectified.

The condo and grounds are exactly as advertised. Great location. You can walk to shopping, restaurants and activities. I had a little problem with check-in but that was my own failure to read attached instructions. We would rent again.

Great time in Havasu

We loved the condo as it has absolutely everything we’d need for a relaxing weekend. Only critique would be the mattresses were hard as a rock and my gf and daughter couldn’t sleep on them.

QB Condo

The condo's location is great. It was clean and very well equipped with all one would need. Location is perfect. It is close to London Bridge, restaurants, shops, etc. Living area a bit small for 6 people and only 2 barstools for eating. My biggest complaint was that the AC did not cool condo enough, especially in the master bedroom.

Great location for a lake week

Perfect location, right next to London Bridge Resort. Clean space. Well stocked kitchen. The gate/key situation is my only problem. SAFE but takes so long to get the key / gate to open(have to have key to get in AND out of parking lot)

Location is always great!!

I love the Queens Bay , the location is wonderful especially on Holiday weekends when you want to Moor up super early and then come back to the room for breakfast. The condo was very nice and clean. The ac definetly struggles at this condo. It kept the main house cool enough but the rooms and bathrooms get very warm. Elaine is very nice and had fans in the rooms to help keep it cool. The beds & pillows really need an upgrade. Bring your own pillows to this condo. The views are beautiful. Thank you Elaine for your hospitality , I do recommend you at least get new pillows for the beds.
