Fully stocked & equipped for cooking and dining, including pots, pans, baking trays, cutting boards, knife set, dinnerware, wine glasses, and more! Coffee - Combination Keurig drip and K-cup coffee maker available. We also provide some complimentary ground coffee, K-cups, sugar, creamer, and coffee filters to get your mornings started!

• LAKE ACCESS & AMENITIES: Lake Harmony lake access less than a 10min walk (or 1 min drive) down the street, granting you with the following amenities: beautiful lake beach access, lake swimming, ability to launch watersport equipment (kayaks, canoes, paddleboards), tennis court, pickleball court, and shuffleboard court access! 12 Lake beach passes included with your stay, additional passes are $5/person per day and can be purchased at the beach. Open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

HOUSE RULES:
**Must be at least 25 to book** Primary Guest must provide a copy of a government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking to secure reservation. The booking party must be age 25+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 25 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from the property without a refund.

• Early Check-in / Late Check-Out Policy: Standard check-in 4pm & check-out 11am. Early or late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges. Early check-in is $100/hour. Early check-ins can only be requested / approved after 5pm the day before check-in. Late check-out between 11-1pm is $100/hour. Any check-out after 1pm would be charged 50% of one night rate.

• Maximum of 16 guests permitted overnight. Violation of this rule will incur a fee of $100, per additional person, per day.
