PLEASE NOTE: THE POOLS AND HOT TUB ARE OUTDOOR ONLY AND ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL MEMORIAL DAY 2027. Kayaking and fishing are not permitted on Big Boulder Lake unless through the lake club, so they are not available until summer 2027.

Family-oriented community with quiet hours after 11 p.m.

No pets strictly enforced by HOA (violators subject to fines and excess cleaning fees), fireworks, glass at pools, charcoal grills (propane only), or smoking indoors.

Maximum 2 parking spaces.

Pool/hot tub use only during posted hours when attendant is on duty; availability depends on weather and condo association.

No swimming, fishing, or boating in the lake except through Boulder Lake Club with paid access.

Check-in: 3 p.m. | Check-out: 10 a.m. (early/late requests subject to approval and fees)

Primary guest must be 21+; minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian unless otherwise agreed in writing.
