What I didn’t like was that I paid extra for breakfast expecting a buffet or a more complete option, but it turned out to be a simple grab-and-go breakfast where you choose items like coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal or oatmeal, and fruit from a refrigerator. I wish this had been made clearer when booking. On the positive side, all the staff were wonderful. Everyone, from security and front desk employees to housekeeping, was very friendly, helpful, and professional, which made my stay much more enjoyable.
