Summary:

Bring the whole crew: 4 bedrooms, two living rooms and a heated game room guests call the best part of the house, with pool, air hockey, foosball, ping pong and a basketball arcade. Light the fire table on the patio, even in winter. Downtown Lake Geneva is about 7 minutes by car, Alpine Valley skiing 15 and the Lake Como association beach 5. Sleeps 16: a king, four queens, a twin-over-full bunk, a trundle and a sofa sleeper. Parking for 4 cars.



The Space:

A split-level house set up for big families and groups of friends: two living rooms, a game room in the converted garage and a patio with a fire table, about 7 minutes by car from downtown Lake Geneva.



Game room

• Pool table that converts to air hockey, foosball, ping pong and a double basketball arcade

• Heated in winter and air conditioned in summer

• Lounge sofa under the neon sign, plus high-top tables for cards and drinks

• Guests call it the highlight of the house, for kids and adults alike



Main floor

• Open kitchen, dining and living room under a vaulted ceiling

• Gas range, island with stools, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster

• Dining table set for 8, with more seats at the island

• Sofa and armchairs around the electric fireplace and wall TV

• Bedroom 1: king bed and TV

• Bedroom 2: two queen beds



Lower level

• Second living room with two sofas, a TV for movie night and a sofa sleeper for two

• Bedroom 3: queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin pull-out trundle

• Bedroom 4: queen bed

• Bedrooms 3 and 4 are connected by a passage, so they suit one family or close friends

• Washer and dryer



For the whole group

• 2 bathrooms: tub and shower on the main floor, walk-in shower on the lower level

• Extra pillows and blankets, Pack 'n Play, high chair and kids' books



Outside

• Patio with a fire table you can use through fall and winter, string lights, dining table and wicker seating

• Gas grill with utensils

• Backyard that backs onto woods

• Driveway parking for 4 vehicles

• Access to the Lake Como association beach by the boat ramp, about 5 minutes by car

Guest Access:

You have the whole house, the game room in the garage, the patio, backyard and driveway to yourselves, plus access to the Lake Como association beach by the boat ramp, about 5 minutes by car. Self check-in with a smart lock, any time after 4:00 PM. The driveway fits 4 vehicles. The house is a split-level: living spaces and bedrooms are on two floors with stairs between them.



The Neighborhood:

Downtown Lake Geneva, with the Shore Path, Riviera Docks boat tours, shops and supper clubs, is about 7 minutes by car. Guests describe the street as semi private and quiet, away from the downtown crowds, in a residential pocket near Lake Como. The association beach, by the Lake Como boat ramp, is about 5 minutes by car. Our late fall and winter picks: skiing and snowboarding at Alpine Valley Resort (about 15 minutes), a Shore Path walk past the historic lakefront estates, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa (12 minutes) and Geneva National Golf Club (10 minutes). Plan to drive to restaurants and groceries.



Getting Around:

You will want a car. The driveway fits 4 vehicles and parking is free. Downtown Lake Geneva is about 7 minutes by car, Williams Bay 8 and Alpine Valley Resort about 15. Uber and Lyft operate in the area. Milwaukee's General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is about 90 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

• Two bathrooms for 16 guests; plan shower times.

• The two lower-level bedrooms are connected by a passage, so they suit one family or close friends.

• Guests 15 and 16 sleep on the sofa sleeper in the lower-level living room.

• Stairs between the two levels. The house is not on the water.

• Exterior security cameras at the front door and on the garage, and a noise monitor (decibel level only) in the main living room.

• Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM.

• After booking we send an electronic rental agreement to sign before check-in details go out.

• No smoking, no pets. The booking guest must be 25 or older.

• Special events: host your bachelor or bachelorette party or milestone celebration here. A private event venue is available; message us for details.

• Private Lake Geneva boat charters, from sunset cruises to full-day outings. Ask us about booking.
