Beautiful Lake Front Home On Como with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The house has newly been renovated but still maintains its old cottage charm. Amenities include : , 3 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 Bathrooms, Fireplace, Washer, Dryer, Central Air, Incredible Stereo, 3 TVs, Wi-Fi, Prime Cable TV Programing, Gas and Charcoal grills. Lake Como is a great lake for large mouth bass as well as northern pike , a 16' 6'' alum fishing boat with 10 hp motor is provided at no charge . A canoe, 3 kayaks as well as floating devices for swimming are also provided. The pier goes in May 1st and comes out October 15.

For winter snowmobilers, the trails can be accessed from the yard via the lake. If we are short on snow this year the lake will home to ice boating and skaters.

PERFECT!!

This home has EVERYTHING you could possible need or want for a perfect lake vacation! Andy provides all kitchen amenities as well as xtras like GOOD coffee pods, spices, condiments, etc. the beds are VERY comfortable. The artwork throughout the house is so special and compliments the beautiful house. But the BEST part for us is the deck facing the lake - comfy chairs, umbrella, the BEST sunset view. THANKS Andy - this is our plan now every year!

Another Great Stay!

This is our second time there we extended this year to two weeks and have rebooked next year for three weeks so that’s probably all you need to know! The owner keeps this place spotless has absolutely everything you can need. You think of something and it’s there. I wanna responsive, comes with little 16 foot aluminum Fishing boat to put around the lake, visit restaurants, fish. Close to Lake Geneva and all that has to offer but quiet when you come home. Very little boat activity on this lake so great to swim. Can’t recommend it enough.

We loved our stay at this charming lake house!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is right on the water with incredible views. Andy is the perfect host. He has everything you need at this house and it is all clearly labeled. He even had a little life vest that fit our small rescue dog and she was able to swim in the lake. She loved it! Andy was always very responsive to any questions we had. The house is perfectly located with dining right down the street and downtown Lake Geneva was just a very short drive. We will be back! I highly recommend!!!

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

The title sums up this lake house. It was a perfect fit for us! Andy was the perfect host - he has the house well stocked! The kitchen is has anything you would need to stay in and cook (grocery stores a 10-15 minute drive) and the Getaway Restaurant is a five minute walk for those who want to eat out. There is a nice boat for those who want to fish and the deck provides great views and awesome sunsets!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Birthday weekend

Lovely cottage on the lake with fishing boat and canoe and kayaks. The house is third generation family owned and maintained beautifully. Exactly what we hoped for on our weekend on the lake!

Great relaxing stay!

We stayed at Andy’s lake home for 8 days at the end of September. What a fabulous, relaxing, chill stay we had! We literally needed nothing. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Entertainment center. Games. Books. Kayaks. A motor boat. A canoe. Everything was labeled with any needed information. Not sure how to work the DVD player? It’s all explained in the guest notebook. He even welcomes you to enjoy using his fishing equipment. We didn’t feel like guests. By dinnertime of our first evening, we felt totally at home. We can’t recommend Andy’s place more if you’re looking for a low key, laid-back vacation. Thanks Andy!

Annual visit

We have been coming to this property for the last five years. Always enjoyed our stay. The lake is not crowded so kayaking is great way to relax and take in the scenery. Beautiful sunsets in the evening.

Thon Family Vacation

Mid century lake cottage vibe with modern amenities

An amazing two weeks at this property. Never expected to be surrounded by the beautiful artwork that has been collected by the owner or The fantastic view from The full glass picture windows both out to the lake and into the front of the property, where a multitude of birds and bunnies congregate. Our 2 small grandchildren were just enamored with their stay in this nature Wonderland. My husband enjoyed the boat which we took to some of the lakefront restaurants as well as the Fishing. My granddaughter caught over 50 blue girls just off the end of the dock. The house has all the fishing equipment and water toys you would ever need. You are walking distance to the Mars supper club, which is super fun on the weekends as well as the French country Inn just three doors down. We negotiated with the manager at the French country Inn to have access to their pool for our two week Stay. Otherwise it is $10 per person per day to use their pool and beachfront, including their kayaks and water trike. Convenient to Lake Geneva, and shopping. A perfect stay.

Lovely lake stay

We loved every thing about our vacation house: the views, quiet lake, dock access for fishing and swimming, the deck with table and grills, and of course the boats! The house had a lot of history and we slept 3 adults, 2 teenagers, and two kids very comfortably. If our family wasn't growing we would definitely love to return next year.

We have been here multiple times, and have always enjoyed our stays. Love the history of the house still being in the same family. The lake is not crowded, great for kayaking. Beautiful sunsets at the end of the day.

Wonderful Long Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Lake Como with friends. Easily slept 6. Beautiful lake view and fishing boat a plus! Family Lake Vacation

Andrew's property was ideal for our family vacation to the Lake Geneva area. Situated on Lake Como, the views and lake access were unbeatable. Next time we're going to rent a boat. Walking distance to restaurants and close proximity to Lake Geneva and golf courses. The house is clean and organized and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Family get away

Subperb Fishing Family Vacation

This was my first stay on Lake Como and it did not disappoint. We were In Wisconsin for a niece’s wedding at the Riviera on Lake Geneva on June 30, 2023. For decades my brothers our father and our sons rented places on Lake Geneva and Lake Delavan for spring and fall fishing trips. As this was a wedding my brothers and my family all needed places for our individual families. When I ran across this house on VRBO I couldn’t resist as it had ample space for my wife and I, my daughter and her husband and two small children, and our adult son, and plenty of space for entertaining guests. Oh, and it came with a fishing boat. We had an overall great time, including hosting cocktails and dinners on the large deck and catching lots of fish from the beach, pier, and while fishing on the boat. By the way the host Andrew was warm and welcoming. I can hardly wait to go back!

Every Detail Anticipated

Andy's place is just about perfect if you are looking for a relaxing experience right on a lake and away from any hubbub. There is not a single thing he has not thought to provide, including water shoes, a dog tie out and all the fishing gear a novice fisherperson could need. The home is incredibly comfortable, filled with art and perfect for a mixed age group. The pull out couch is the most comfortable one anyone in the group had ever slept on. Please note, however, this is not the place for someone looking for an HGTV experience. Instead, it is a clearly loved and thoughtful maintained family cottage in an idyllic setting without thoughtful touches added through the 100+ years it has been in the owner's family.

Relaxing time

This is our 4th year staying at this property. Always have a nice relaxing time here. Kayaking, floating in the water, watching the hummingbirds and all types of other birds in the bird feeders. Nice getaway.
