Come and enjoy this two-bedroom Abbey springs condo nestled in the trees. This unit boasts both main floor and upper-level living spaces, a full kitchen, elevated deck. Perfect space for the family to get away and enjoy time together, not only are you within a close driving distance to wonderful family activities in the area you will have access to enjoy Abbey Springs amenities like pools, workout facility, game room, onsite restaurants- not to mention close proximity to some wonderful golfing.

*Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental home.
*If you have any pet or environmental allergies/health issues please contact us as soon as possible to discuss further before booking.
*Please note: After your reservation is confirmed, we will send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement and completing additional identity verification, which may include providing a valid form of identification, are required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.

Perfect stay

Great place, parents used to own the place a long time ago, stayed there when I was a kid in the summers. Great renovation, not that recognizable anymore, but perfect for what we needed, 5 adults, 2 couples , great kitchen, great downstairs bathroom and shower! Great balcony!

Loved this home

Stayed here with my husband and two kids for a long weekend and had such a good time. The home is cozy and welcoming. It had everything we needed. Some appliances are a bit outdated -- the microwave wasn't working properly and the coffee maker could probably afford to be replaced soon, but those are minor things. The Abbey Springs amenities are excellent and we got daily use out of them. Highly recommend this property!

Great Place in Great Location

We stayed at the Condo during a Thanksgiving break, so the weather was expectedly cold. We still enjoyed the beautiful grounds of Abbey Springs, complete with deer wandering the quiet neighborhood. We visited the resort's recreation center, which we were welcome to use, and participated in its "Turkey Trot" run. The condo itself had everything you need and a well equipped kitchen. It was a very welcoming place with cute decor. It has a beautiful, large coffee table that we used for our jigsaw puzzle. It was a very relaxing and perfect place for our off-season adventure. I definitely want to go back in the summer!

Great weekend

I stayed at this property with my girls and my parents. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The owners were attentive and got back to us right away with any concerns. The amenities were perfect since the weather was so cold! Overall it was an amazing weekend and would go back again.

Nice unit and amenities

This is a nice unit, updated and clean. Large enough for a family. Abbey Springs amenities are excellent. Both indoor and outdoor pool; beach and pier; and several restaurants on the property. You would never have to leave. For the price, it should include a golf cart, as there is no parking for renters at the beach. Loved it!
