The Trottage is very comfortable and clean. We enjoy staying there when we visit our children in Hickory Creek. The location is convenient for us. We will book this place again.

We stayed in a different Trottage last year around the same time, and had a similarly great experience. This year we had an unexpected health issue with a friend nearby and the owners and managers were able to accommodate our needs to extend our stay on short notice. We really love the location and the hosts are great!

Check-in was very simple and the check-out was easy as well! This place was very clean and convenient for us on our trip! We had an issue traveling with our newborn and the owners/evolve were extremely helpful and friendly through the process. Overall wonderful visit!

Very clean! Very nice place! Parking is a little tight but we were able to park a 21’ boat and long bed 4 door pickup. Great place!

Lake Dallas Cozy Getaway

This location was perfect! Close to a lot of things to do from the lake to a few restaurants to a bar if you so choose. The cleanliness of the facility was amazing, lots of little touches that made it feel almost like home. 100% would stay there again. The owners are amazing and communicate way better than any place I have ever stayed.

Exactly as described. Extremely clean and fresh. Minutes from the lake and multiple parks. Several good restaurants in the area as well. Will stay here again for sure!

Lake Dallas Cottage

Great place to stay. Cute and comfy! Great parking and yard for our dogs with secure fence. So clean and just adorable. Easy access to Dallas metroplex. Dallas Aquarium and Great Wolf Lodge were our destinations. I would stay here again!

Extremely clean property. This was a "girl trip" with my sister and the property was a little more remote than I expected but worked out great for us. We felt safe in the area. Great communication with property contact. Easy access to highway.

Felt like home!

The Trottage at Lake Dallas was clean and neat. It had everything we needed to function away from home, including a full kitchen, 2 bed/2bath on opposite ends of the unit for privacy and a fully fenced yard. It is close to everything by car, and we will be back. Thank you to the owners for a great place to stay! We cleaned up very well before checking out, because it is such a nice space, we wanted to keep it that way.

Exceeded Expectations

We always VRBO, this was a quick trip for UNT graduation and needed a place for my furbaby as well. The Trottage really exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, great location, excellent place for furbaby, although she wouldn’t go out by herself, without me. Communication was great. We never cooked while there, so did not really use the kitchen. Can tell you The Cowboy diner was great! Would stay again, of ever in this area. Owner was great to work with.

In town for a wedding and events with family. Was looking for a place convenient to getting to everything. Also, had my dog and needed a pet friendly rental. This fit my needs. It was cute, clean and comfortable. Host sent a welcoming message when we arrived and quickly responded to me when I had a question. Also liked that there were Anker chargers provided for charging all of your devices.
