Escape to the mountains and enjoy a relaxing stay at this beautiful mountain cabin. Kitchen is updated with Fisher and Paykel appliances, coffee bar w/ complimentary Nespresso pods, a butcher block island table and large window above sink to let in the morning light. Fully Stocked Kitchen including Vitamix, Kitchen Aid Mixer and more. A- frame, soaring living room ceilings with a spacious cozy couch to snuggle up and play games, watch a movie or sit by the wood burning fire place. Located in the “lanes” neighborhood, in the heart of Lake arrowhead, 4 min drive to Arrowhead Village, 5 min walk to the trails, 5 min drive to SkyPark at Santa Village and around the corner from Lou Eddie’s Pizza. (Best pizza on the mountain) Master downstairs bedroom comes with the comfy "purple" branded mattress and soft linens.

Garage w/ Level Parking and Long Driveway. Wood burning Fireplace in living room. Gas Fire Pit on Balcony.

Friends Annual Getaway

Annual fall getaway with friends. Wonderful house. Great communication with owner. Especially with the recent winds and possible electricity shutoffs due to fire danger. Since I was located in an area with these issues and experienced the shutoffs I was concerned with the property and any possibility of losing power. Owner was very responsive and continued to update me, we never lost power. House was stocked with everything we needed, plenty of games, back up supplies, even extra propane. Directions provided were helpful, finding the house was super easy, close to the village. Only downside would be, patio furniture wasn’t super comfortable, but didn’t stop us from enjoying some time outside with the patio fire. Would recommend the house to anyone.

Beautiful Summer Break

We spent about 5 weeks in this home and our small family absolutely loved our stay, it was plenty of room for our family and our occasional guests. The neighborhood is centrally located to town and the lake but quiet and off the main streets that you feel secluded. This home was furnished beautifully and the kitchen had all the appliance and then some.We would highly recommend and plan to return!

Might be our most favorite spot

My family and I (family of 6) have made visiting lake arrowhead a tradition every year, and I must say this is our favorite spot. Highlights: long and flat driveway which is great to enjoy the snow and easy for loading and unloading of our stuff. My boys love the basement. It really gave them their “game room” feel and just to be loud boys! My wife and I love our relax time, so having tvs available in multiple was amazing for us! The TVs were awesome too! The kitchen was great and they provided everything! The only thing bad which was on us as well is the access road was a slope and we didn’t have our chains to get back up… BUT the one of the biggest factors this is our favorite spot were the host! They were quickly and constantly messaging us back. They provided us with solution to our chain issue and never once made us feel we were bothering them. I swear we are normally way more prepared but this time we just were not, but the host really looked out for us! I can’t wait to stay here again (better prepared, of course) and appreciate even more what this property has to offer! An absolute must stay… just don’t choose a date when we want to stay there! lol

Beautiful home

We loved the home perfect for us. It was two dads and our daughters - daughters shared the one room with two beds. Location was amazing. We were able to walk to the lake and into town. Kitchen was very well appointed, as we actually did a fair amount of cooking. Communication was great as well I pinged Dan a few times with questions - he also fortunately pointed out The GPS doesn’t work I would just make sure you have his directions as you go up there because GPS is worthless as you get close to the house. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic mountain home

This home is absolutely perfect. It comes with everything you could possibly need to make wonderful memories on your Lake Arrowhead getaway. The kitchen was a dream for me, as I love to cook and anything you could possibly need or want was there, and all of the pots, pans, coffee makers, blenders, etc. were fantastic. Our group is already talking about our next visit, and we can't wait to stay in this property again!!

This was by far the best VRBO we’re stayed at. The property is very nice. The accommodations are perfect. I wish all VRBOs were like this. Our host Dan was very communicative and proactive with suggestions of activities. Thanks Dan!!

awesome getaway!

Great house in a great neighborhood. Far enough away from the highway but close enough to the lake and everything else. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to book this place again. Lovely home that is obviously well appointed and cared for. The owners made our stay so easy having all the essentials for cooking. Everything in the house looked brand new. Just made some great memories with our daughter, her husband and our 16 month old grandson!

Amazing cabin with modern amenities

We were two small families with an infant and a toddler and felt that this cabin was everything we were looking for. We were looking for a Lake Arrowhead cabin and this location was perfect. Everything inside the cabin looked like it was newly renovated which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. If we were to make another trip to Lake Arrowhead again, I will definitely try to stay here if it's available.
