The house has 3 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and access to the main bathroom. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed, the other a bunk bed and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. The fully stocked kitchen has everything that you need to prepare a meal for your family and the unique dining table can fit all of you. Come, relax by the fire, watch the deer and maybe a bear strolling through the yard from the spacious sunroom with another comfy queen sleeper sofa.

There is an outdoor shower for those sandy beach days.

Located in the beautiful Hideout Community with tons of amenities. This home is about a 15 min walk to the main beach/pool. Swim, bike, hike, golf, play basketball, ski, sled, skate, snow tube, snowboard, paddle board, kayak, canoe and more!! Co
me up and enjoy the local zoo, wineries and breweries in the area as well as horseback riding and lots of great family activities.

****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a registration form that will need to be completed (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice. Renting this home does not guarantee use of any community amenity. The community can close any amenity, including the use of the lakes and pools at their discretion and the homeowner cannot be held responsible and will not offer and discounts or refunds, includes weather related closures.

There will be a registration form required to be filled out at least 3 days prior to your arrival for gate access. All drivers must show a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration upon check in. There are no exceptions to this community requirement. There is a central trash facility for all owners and guests to use located within a 2 minute drive from the house. Trash is not picked up at the house and cannot be left at the house upon departure.
