This spacious home features 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including a luxurious master suite w/ private en-suite on the first floor. The sleeping arrangements include 1 King, 2 Queens, 3 Full beds, and 3 Twins — perfect for large families or groups. Two bathrooms, including the ensuite, are conveniently located on the first floor.

Enjoy a newly remodeled kitchen stocked w/ modern appliances, cookware, & everything you need for a group meal. There’s a spacious dining area for sharing meals, plus plenty of counter space for prepping. A coffee station is ready to fuel your mornings before exploring.

The living room is perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors, featuring cozy seating, large Smart TV, and open-concept layout. Downstairs, the game room is a crowd favorite, with a pool table and air hockey for endless entertainment.

Step outside to enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the Hideout community. Whether you`re walking to the lake, playing yard games, or relaxing after a day on the trails, this property delivers year-round fun. There`s a fire pit nearby for those cozy evening hangouts.

House Rules & Policies
​1. Booking & Registration Requirements
​Age Requirement: Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book and stay.
​Mandatory Pre-Registration: A pre-registration form is required by the HOA/Community for access. A link will be sent post-booking. Note: Your reservation is not finalized, and gate access will not be granted, until this form is completed.
​Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival incur a $100 community rush-registration fee.
​Check-in/out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM; Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
​2. Guest & Visitor Policy
​Registered Guests Only: Only the individuals listed on the pre-registration form are permitted on the property.
​Visitors: A maximum of two (2) visitors are allowed during the stay. The Host must be notified 24 hours in advance to authorize gate access. Unannounced visitors or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay.
​Amenity Passes: Failure to return all nine (9) guest passes will result in a replacement fee of $100.
​3. Property Standards & Care
​Allergy-Friendly/No Pets: This is a strictly pet-free, allergy-friendly home. No pets are permitted.
​Smoke-Free Environment: No smoking/vaping inside the home or within 50 feet of the property.
​Trash Disposal: All trash must be disposed of at the designated community trash site. Never leave trash outside the unit. Trash left behind will result in a $50 removal fee.
​Amenities: Community amenities (pools, etc.) vary by season/weather. Guests are responsible for any individual admission fees or purchases made on-site.
​4. Safety & Liability
​1-Hour Inspection: Guests must inspect the home upon arrival and report any cleanliness or maintenance issues via the Airbnb app within 1 hour. Issues reported after checkout will not be eligible for compensation.
​Re-Entry & Lost Items: Conduct a final sweep for belongings before checkout. We cannot grant unscheduled re-entry once the reservation has ended. Shipping for lost items is available for the cost of postage plus a $25 handling fee.
​Compliance: Guests agree to follow all HOA and Community rules. Guests are financially responsible for any noise complaints, fines, or penalties incurred during their stay.

Other Things to Note:
1. ​Community Access: We are located in a secure, gated community. Keypad entry and gate access are only granted after HOA registration approval. Please ensure your pre-registration form is submitted immediately after booking to avoid access delays.
2. ​Amenities & Admissions: Access to community amenities (pools, etc.) is subject to seasonal hours and weather conditions. Please note that guests are responsible for individual admission fees or on-site purchases.
3. ​Guest Passes: You will be provided with nine (9) guest passes for your stay. Please keep these secure; a $100 replacement fee applies for any lost or unreturned passes.
4. ​Trash Policy: To maintain our community standards and prevent pests, all trash must be taken to the designated community disposal site. Do not store trash outside the home. A $50 fee will be applied for any trash left on the porch or at the curb.
5. ​The HostCo Store: Want to request an early check-in or late check-out? Visit our digital guest shop, The HostCo. The link will be sent to you in your welcome message!
​6. Financial Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any fines or penalties issued by the HOA or community security due to noise violations or rule-breaking during their stay.

Important: Nature & Wildlife Disclosure:
​Our home is nestled in a beautiful, wooded environment. While this offers incredible tranquility and charm, it is a natural habitat. By booking this stay, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

​Pest Control & Insects: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, in a wooded setting, it is possible to encounter insects (such as ants, spiders, or beetles) inside or outside the home. Encountering nature is not a grounds for a refund, as complete elimination is not possible in this environment.

​Wildlife Awareness: You may encounter local wildlife (deer, raccoons, etc.). For your safety and to protect the animals, all food must be stored securely, and trash must be disposed of immediately in the designated community bins.
​Pro-Tips for Your Comfort: To make the most of your stay, we highly recommend bringing insect repellent and appropriate outdoor footwear/clothing for exploring the wooded surroundings.

​Environmental Stewardship: We are committed to preserving our beautiful landscape. We kindly ask that you follow all recycling and waste disposal guidelines provided in our Guest Guide.

Winter Weather & Snow Removal Policy:
​To ensure your safety and access during the winter months, please take note of our snowfall protocols:
​Light Snowfall (3 Inches or Less): In the event of minor snowfall (3` or less), guests are responsible for clearing the deck and walkways to their comfort level. For your convenience, a snow shovel and a bucket of salt are located on the back deck near the kitchen door.
​Significant Snowfall (4+ Inches): Our professional snow removal service is automatically deployed when accumulation exceeds 4 inches. They will clear the driveway, main walkways, and the deck.
​Vehicle Coordination: If the snow removal team is deployed during your stay, you will be required to clear snow off your vehicles and temporarily move them from the driveway so the team can plow and apply salt thoroughly.
​Safety First: Please use the provided salt on walkways and stairs as needed. Wooded areas can be prone to `black ice,` so we advise caution when walking or driving during freezing temperatures.

Safety & Surveillance Disclosures:
Security Cameras: For your safety and the security of our home, this property is equipped with exterior Ring cameras (video and audio) at all entry points. These cameras actively record the street, front entrance, driveway, side of the house, and backyard. There are no cameras inside the home.

Noise Monitoring: To ensure a peaceful environment for you and our neighbors, this home is equipped with `Minut` noise-level monitors (one on the first floor living room and one in the second-floor entertainment room). These devices measure decibel levels only and do not record audio or conversations.

The Hideout is a gated, family-oriented community offering a wide range of activities all year round. From kayaking to skiing, yoga to arcade games, there’s something for everyone—rain or shine.

The house was clean. The driveway was extremely icy upon arrival. We didn’t get to use many of the facilities due to weather/timing but we did go to the sports complex and that was very nice.

The condition of the home was far from pristine! Furniture including beds was subpar with insufficient comfortable seating for our group of 11!Much of the furniture was broken and unsafe!Shower doors did not close properly causing there to be water on the floor! Overall the condition of the house was not clean with spider webs and lady bugs too many to count!

This house is beautiful and is a great location with the hideout. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The only issue we really had was not being able to play pool because out of the two sticks that were provided, one was broken and they didn’t have tips on them. Other than that we enjoyed the air hockey, cooking meals together (plenty of pots and pans were provided)and just relaxing watching movies. The rain showers were a nice added touch, and loved the way the towels were rolled. I would recommend this house to other guests.

Family Weekend

I spent the weekend with my sisters and their kids, brother and parents. The house provided enough space to accommodate us and give the kids their own “hangout” area! Memories were made and fun was had by all.
