Overall a very nice stay at this hotel. I am new to Rome so it is difficult to say what the standard usually is but this hotel is in a quiet and safe part of town but still withing walking distance of very nice restaurants (Osteria Urbana is great!) and the Bologna Metro station. We decided to walk to the Colosseum which took us 45 minutes going past the Fontana di trevi.
The view from the patio is very beautiful with lush vegetation and quite a few green parrots to keep one looking ever towards the sky.
The breakfast buffet is OK, nothing spectacular but there is a wide range of alternatives.
Staff is very helpful and always on hand and we enjoyed every interaction with them as they are so kind and warm.
One negative for us was the lack of free bottled water which I do think should be standard in an hotel but that is perhaps just a personal thing for us.

Found bed bugs in the room and staff had not helped at all. Alternative room provided did not have enough beds and I had to sleep on the floor. After all I have been charged normally. Overall the dirtiest and unfair hotel I have ever been.

Noble Den was the perfect spot to lay our heads for our NY trip. Our room was modern and comfortable, the rooftop patio had great views of the city. The staff was so nice and helpful, they even helped get us a car to the airport for way less that Uber or lyft.
The location is phenomenal too. Smack dab between Little Italy and China Town and a quick walk to Soho.
I think this will be where stay from now on.

"We particularly enjoyed the silly-but-fun luge ride. The canopy walk was also beautiful, even though the waterfall wasn't running due to it being the dry season. The pool was refreshing. Service at the restaurant, however, was quite slow."

"The room was listed with AC but clearly this is an error. Check-in instructions on Expedia are nonexistent, and necessary, especially if arriving by bus as there is no phone signal in the area. The food is ok (you are a bit of a captive market there) but expect a lot to be missing from the menu. ..."

"Only giving it an additional star because the staff was really nice. The place is so run down and unkempt. This hotel needs major renovation - or at least update the photos to reflect how run down it is. The hair dryer is probably from the 70's, it also doesn't work at least in all the 5 rooms we ..."
