Kaanapali Royal C101 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo that offers over 1800 sq feet of space! Ceiling fans & A/C throughout help keep things cool, but feel free to open the doors for those wonderful tropical breezes on windy days. This property does not have elevators, but there is a single flight of stairs to access this unit. Unit C101 can accommodate up to 7 guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, all new bedding (Hawaiian inspired), TV equipped with cable, and a sitting area directly outside. The en suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower. The spacious guest bedroom features both a queen-size and twin-size bed. The guest bathroom is conveniently located across the hall and has a walk-in shower. The living room offers a large sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV with cable, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Enjoy gorgeous golf course views on your spacious, covered lanai. Enjoy cooking in the well stocked kitchen or on your expansive lanai, complimented with a gas grill and plenty of seating. Dine in overlooking the golf course with spectacular sunsets or in the dining room that sits 4. Pack light! There is a washer and dryer in unit for your convenience

Kaanapali Royal is a meticulously landscaped, 3-level, gated resort with swaying palm trees, 2 tennis and pickleball courts, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and shared BBQ grills. Located in the heart of famed Kaanapali resort it is perfectly situated on the Kaanapali Golf Course and is a short walk to nearby is Whalers Village, top-rated restaurants, popular beaches, bars and live music. There is a flat $154 per vehicle parking fee payable to the resort upon registration. Stay is confirmed for one vehicle, second vehicle is subject to space/availability.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
