Noelani 303 is a spacious and beautifully decorated three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor and accommodates a maximum of eight guests. Enjoy this oceanfront view while staying cool inside from the split air conditioning system that provides cool air in every room!

Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, custom hardwood cabinets and lighting as well as new stainless-steel appliances. Dine al fresco on the expansive lanai or take your meal inside where the cool blue and modern finishes will keep you feeling at ease. The serene and tranquil master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed with it's own ensuite bathroom and luxurious walk in shower. Enjoy your coffee or get lost in your favorite book on your private lanai just off the master bedroom. There are 2 very nicely appointed guest bedrooms, one featuring a King size bed and the other a Queen. Every bedroom includes a split AC unit, flat screen SmartTV, and all the style you could hope for in this beachy-chic condo. For additional guests, there is a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room area. The guest bathroom features a large gorgeous walk in shower. And in case the owners didn't already think of everything you could possibly want and need, there is a powder room and a washer and dryer in the condo for added convenience. Not to mention the high-tech ceiling fans which provide UV disinfecting technology to kill 99.9% of airborne pathogens.

This STUNNING, OCEANFRONT unit is all kinds of luxury with stunning views, gorgeous interiors and access to fantastic amenities. Endless ocean views from the private lanai will give new meaning to your Maui experience.

This unit comfortably sleeps 8. A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.

The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). The Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for the opportunity to catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

Pictures were better than actual experience. They made it look bigger than it actually is. Despite the repeated reminders of “no shoes” inside, which we honored, we discovered the floors were absolutely filthy and caked with dirt. Within 15 minutes, my socks were black. I don’t think they truly mop or clean the floor. It is impossible for it to be that dirty without the ‘cleaners’ consistently failing the clean the condo. For the price, it was expensive. Most importantly, the family felt a little disappointed, which fell back on me since I booked it. Buyers remorse.

Amazing Amenities and Sea Turtles

I feel like the pictures and description of this place actually undersell it, it’s even better in person. The condo itself is beautiful, very nicely and thoughtfully renovated, the AC works great, nice community and easy parking, very easy access to the beach. We were a group of 6 adults and everyone was perfectly comfortable. Our favorite part were the sea turtles, they were everywhere! There’s a nearby beach they take afternoon naps at in groups of 6-8, they swim around in the water close to shore, you can see them swimming in the ocean from the balcony of the condo! Just amazing. We loved our stay so much and would definitely stay here again.

Lahaina fire, no support from owner

We arrived on 8/6. Everything was as described. The instructions were to check-in at office for parking sticker, etc. Office staff could not find my reservation, said “Oh, you’re in a private rental” Gave parking sticker, said “For anything else call the private off site manager” Had trouble opening door with keypad. Called offsite service, only available for emergencies at night, no answer. Again office staff intervened. On 8/8, Lahaina, a 5 minute drive away, burned to the ground and we had no power for the remainder of visit—no AC, no lights, food in fridge rotted, car alarms went off all night, no cell phones. The inside stairs have a high last step, two of us stumbled in the dark. Very hot, heat sick. Airport closed, roads above and below closed. No way to find out what was happening, get food, contact family. No way to reach private management, won’t return calls now. Thankfully management from non-private side stepped in to help us. Locals came by to make sure island visitors were okay, brought us whatever news there was, food, comfort. They did all this while suffering unimaginable loss, uncertainty, worry of their own. I will never forget and am doing everything I can to support Maui in this terrible time. Clearly, this is not the owner/management’s fault, but they could not deliver what I had payed for. They have not returned phone or email requests to discuss a partial refund. Any money I get back I will contribute to relief efforts. VRBO complaint in progress

Flight of stairs up to unit, but sooo worth it!

Everything you could possibly want/need on a beach vacation is here, and it is all top quality. Wonderful property (condo), quiet neighborhood, turtles in the water just below the balcony and only 2 minute walk to beach. The beach is not busy, so it is quite private and the water is wonderful.

Beautiful but be aware . . .

I knew it was a 2 story unit, but with my mobility issues, I needed a handrail for the whole staircase not just half. The stairs are steep and slick. The unit is gorgeous and the views are spectacular. We watched turtles right below every day.

The VRBO is a condominium on the second floor and requires climbing steps, so it's important to be aware of this if you have lots of bags or elderly guests who may have difficulty with steps. The VRBO was not locked upon our arrival. When we showed up we were given a passcode to enter on the lock, but the door opened without entering the passcode. We notified management who were surprised and concerned by this. The floor seemed to have not been mopped since it made our bare feet dirty. The beds did not have blankets, so we had to request them. There was no bath mat for one of the showers, so a hand towel had to be used until we requested management bring us a bath mat. There were dirty kitchen items in drawers, such a bag clip with something splattered on it and a spatula that had holes with what appeared to be eggs still stuck in it. The kitchen pans should have been replaced. There were no paper towels or kitchen trash bags even though we were informed these were supposed to be provided to us and we were required to take out the trash prior to leaving. I reported this to management, who told me to go to the front office. The lady at the front office gave me one trash bag saying it was all she could give me. She stated she did not have any paper towels to give me. She looked at a piece of paper which she said indicated there were paper towels in the condo prior to our arrival. I'm not sure why she thought this, but obviously there were no paper towels. Perhaps someone entered the condo and removed items since the door was unlocked when we arrived? There are two trash cans in the kitchen alone, so the one trash bag she gave us wasn't acceptable. I reported this to management, who then sent someone the next day with a few trash bags and a couple rolls of paper towels. They provided two king-size blankets at my request as well. The view from the condo balcony was beautiful. The ocean was within a few yards of us and green sea turtles could be seen in the ocean from our balcony each day. If the condo had been securely locked upon our arrival, stocked appropriately with necessary items, and cleaned thoroughly then it would have been an ideal place to stay. My Perfect Stay management was very helpful in attending to my requests, however, the office staff at the condo complex did not have needed items (they were supposed to provide) stocked on site so it took at least a day to get the items requested.

Perfect!!!!

Was everything and more with the most gorgeous view. We watched whales and surfers from the balcony all week and turtles on the beach right behing the condo. Beds super comfy and condo had everything we needed. Gorgeous decor too! Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful

This place was perfect for our entire family! We loved the view and that it had 3 toilets. The location is also just a short drive from shopping centers, coffee and restaurants! We would definitely be staying there again during our next visit to Maui!

AMAZING!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Noelani 303!! Our trip to Maui was a last minute adventure and we were so lucky to find Noelani 303! The place was exactly as described and more!! Remodeled and equipped with all the conveniences of a smart house. We had plenty of room for our family and the kids enjoyed evening swims while we enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean each night. We appreciated the quiet community with many other friendly guests. We loved waking up and falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean! We had a great time and hope to be able to come back to this ocean front property someday!!

We loved our stay at Noelani 303! The newly remodeled condo was beautiful, comfortable and very well appointed. We loved having two lanais and enjoyed watching whales and turtles from them. Communication was easy and timely with My Perfect Stays. We hope to return!

Wow!!! Whales from the balcony every day!!!

We came in the height of whale season and the views were phenomenal!! Whales all day everyday. And the constant sound of the pounding surf was incredible. I have never slept so good. Thank you for an absolutely perfect week!
