Enjoy sitting on your private lanai with breathtaking views of Molokai, watching the ocean life drift by with front row seats for the turtles, Humpback Whales during whale season and ending your day with Maui's amazing sunset.

Papakea Resort is walking distance to restaurants, a great grocery store, ATM, and a Farmers Market. It is a short drive to world class golfing, Whaler's Village, Ka’anapali beach, Airport Beach and phenomenal shopping and dining.

*Note: All guests must check-in at the front desk upon arrival. There is no resort fee or parking fee unless you have an additional vehicle.


NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR LANAIS. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning are strictly enforced.

Phase 2 Schedule:
October 12, 2026–July 31, 2027 (subject to change based on weather, tides, or field conditions).
Mobilization will begin October 12. Drilling and grouting/injection are scheduled to begin October 19 but
may start earlier if mobilization is completed ahead of schedule.
Work Days and Hours
• General Construction: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (hours may be extended)
• Ocean-Side Rock Restoration: Scheduled according to daily tide and ocean conditions.
• Holidays: TBD

UPDATE: 4/6/27-7/31/27 THE SEAWALL CONSTRUCTION WILL BE IN FRONT OF L BUILDING. THIS COULD BE NOISY DURING THIS TIME.
