  • The Ridge Villas at Kapalua Resort are known for some of the best ocean and mountain views on Maui. Located on the hillside of Kapalua, this architecturally appealing resort offers spacious one, two and a rare three bedroom villa options. Ridge Villas guests can enjoy two heated pools, gas BBQs access to the Kapalua Tennis Garden courts.

    This two-level townhome style end unit offers great ocean views from the main level as well as the master bedroom. A spacious private seating and lounging lanai offers the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner if one choses to use the fully equipped kitchen. While pleasantly secluded, you are just steps from the pool and a few minute walk to the beach.

    PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Very Clean with a Lovely View

Very close to everything that Kapalua had to offer! The amenities and extra towels provided were second to none and the beach is a two-minute walk from the property. The washer & dryer were extremely useful as well. Thanks so much for a beautiful stay!

Great location in The Ridge and close to the Ritz. Shuttle in Kapalua was a hit. The property is well cared for and the grounds are gorgeous. We will be back!!

Breathtaking location and lovely property

We have enjoyed 9 incredible days in this wonderful property. Waking up to magnificent views of the ocean and hearing the surf all night long, has been such a treat. This property has absolutely everything anyone could want and more. The list is too long to fit in this review. We would absolutely like to stay here again. Amazing Views!

Perfect place for a get away! The views from the master bedroom are breathtaking! You are only a short walk to a beautiful beach and even shorter walk to the pool. The master bathroom is huge and newly remodeled which was a nice surprise and not pictured on the website. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room has beautiful view as well. Furniture wasn’t super comfortable but we didn’t hang out there much.The villa is set up on a hill in a quiet community near golf, tennis, small shops and a few restaurants. Management had great communication with us and immediately responded to a service issue we had. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a horrible experience with Aloha Villas. Was Major mold issue, and they never Came over to take care of it. Also leak in Bathroom and they never helped. Jake should be ashamed of himself for not helping the guest when there was a problem and asst Vicky was rude and screamed at me when asked for Help. Do Not use this company "aloha Vacation Villas" they are the worst and don't help a client at all with problems at this unit. Jake, the manager/owner, did nothing to help with Major Mold Issues ...which is a health hazard to all Potential guests

1. Communication with Parish maui was easy and they were very responsive. I had a question and I actually talked to a very helpful live PERSON. 2. When we arrived the unit was very clean and everything is in great shape. 3. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we need to cook, the pots and pans worked well, There small things like plenty of soaps and paper towels. The outside patio was perfect for whale watching.

Great option for a family trip.

We were able to easily book about a month in advance. The property manager approved the booking within 24 hours. We received an email checking with us regarding our flight information to ensure the check-in process would go smoothly about three days before the trip. The day before our trip, we received an email with the information necessary for check-in. During the trip, we received an email from the property manager to make sure everything was okay and keep lines of communication open. During check out, we were a bit confused on the process and tried calling the number provided for the property manager to confirm the checkout process. I am not sure if there was a connection issue but the line was disconnected while trying to reach out and we never got in contact with anyone. The property was clean and exactly as we expected based on the pictures and information on the online listing. There were many little touches left for us as guests that we appreciated. There were small conveniences throughout the rental that would be helpful if something basic was forgotten. Wifi connection was fast. The pull out bed in the couch was comfortable for my children. The upstairs was a little warm and humid during the day, but it cooled down in the evening and was comfortable to sleep in. We will note that the downstairs bathroom with the stand in shower did not have enough ventilation. Outside, there was a carport with an assigned spot that made for more comfortable loading and unloading of our luggage without worrying about rain, or standing out in the sun. There was also a small dumpster just around the corner that made for convenient disposal of trash with enough distance from the property that we didn’t have to worry about pests. Overall, we had no major issues with the rental and highly recommend considering it for a trip to Maui.

Amazing Condo! Amazing Location!

The condo was absolutely outstanding, it was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, there are so many hiking trails that were incredibly close to the condo. Dragonstooth was extremely close and a great hike to do almost every day! We saw SO MANY whales while we were outside in our backyard. The rental company was easy to get ahold of. The check in process was simple (they email you a code and you just walk in) The neighborhood is exquisite. Very close drive to Kaanapali and still also very close to all the hiking on the northwest part of the island along HWY 30. I would book this condo or any condo's with this company again in a heartbeat!

Great Unit, Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in Kapalua for our Maui vacations. We especially love the view of the golf course and ocean from the lanai. They gave us plenty of basic supplies (linens/towels, TP, beach chairs) to make our stay comfortable; even including hand sanitizer, wipes, and masks. The location is great, easy drive to Ironwoods beach, DT Fleming, or Kapalua Bay. We didn't try walking but they're not more than a 15 minute walk. My biggest complaint is that the AC window unit in the bedroom runs loud so I'd recommend ear plugs if sleeping with AC on. You can always open the windows and there will be plenty of fresh air coming in. The unit is a little dated but we didn't mind that so much. Overall it's a great unit in a great location and would stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: I had high expectations at $300 for 1 bedroom in Kapalua Ridge. Certainly the pictures and descriptions looked good. However, upon arrival it was evident that this property has not been well loved by the owners. It had an overall "dirty" vibe to it, not the "didn't get cleaned today properly" vibe...the "been neglected for years" feel. I could list about 10-13 areas that hadn't been cleaned/fixed/repaired/etc...too many to go into. I encountered nice fat, xlarge cockroaches in the house almost daily (in bedroom..lucky me) along with slugs, millipedes. I am familiar with bugs Hawaii and Kapalua but this was abnormal for a condo. Not what you pay top dollar and expect. Also, don't expect starter coffee, any tupperware, foil, wrap, etc. It's pretty darn barebones in the kitchen and condo. Couldn't find any extra sheets for bed. Location is nice however and so are views. This is the first negative review I have ever had to leave for a vacation rental experience and the first time I have come away feeling "ripped off". Hopefully the management company will have the integrity to post this review so other people will go into this rental with as much perspective as possible.

Master bedroom had especially nice panoramic overview of the ocean, Molokai, and part of the golf course. Whales were easily seen. The unit was very roomy especially upstairs with separate sinks, large walk-in closet, good Clothing storage. Location was good for walks to the pathway on the ocean and access to pleasant walks in the area. The only downside was that it tends to be much more windy and rainy in Kapalua. The constant moisture tends to give the unit a musty smell, though this is common everywhere in Hawaii, Especially with ground level units.. The lighting in the unit was excellent except for the dining room table area, where you need a flashlight to eat your food at night. Kitchen appliances were excellent, with an especially nice refrigerator and icemaker. Washer and dryer are also an excellent addition. Would stay there again. Property management was very good, though we had no complaints that need to be addressed.

Would be great for family of 4. Shuttle service is appreciated on a hot day with beach gear. Special shoutout to Jake, he was helpful on many occasions. Unit was lacking in snorkel equipment, cooler, boogie boards and umbrella for the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were taking first trip to Maui and had some apprehension where to stay. The Ridge was more than perfect. In first 15 minutes we saw whale spouts from the patio and already accomplished our most important goal “ See Whales”. The condo was wonderfully equipped, beautifully setup and convenient to the shore walks, beaches and tasty restaurants. Condo was clean and well-maintained, grounds groomed and the view. We never needed any assistance from management. Arrival instructions were spot on. We arrived after dark late Saturday- no problems finding or using entry code. Our friends are tired of hearing about this dream rental that we found on line. One can go out the front door and be on walking routes of every level of challenge. Walks through the Ritz adjoining property took one to beach with overlooking restaurant-go straight to dessert menu. If the path is taken past Resturant , one arrives at DT Fleming beach. Surfing and swimming for the brave, young and strong. Very comfortable sand to sit and spend an hour watching waves thrill locals and novices. Lahaina 20 minute drive- a good town for charter, whale watching, snorkeling and scuba excursions. Drivers in Hawaii abide to 45 mph limit. Just relax and scan the ocean drive for whales breaching. Not you, driver. The food was special at so many places. Mama’s above Paia, Paia fish market, Kimos, Lahaina fish market, Merriman, Malas, Aunt Sandy’s on road to Hana. Rode to Hana- worth it definitely. We passed Paia at 10:00 AM. Well that was 2 hours later than we should have left. We were 10 miles from Hana at 4:30. All in the car voted to be off Road to Hana before 6:30 arrival of Dark. We stopped along the way and saw a lot. Plan to return and finish that trek. Gypsy’s Guide to Hana app on phone greatly added to the drive.I just hope that no one reads this note or doesn’t believe it. We would be very sad if 611 Ridge is already rented w

Great place (please replace the shag carpet)

Kitchen was up to date. Only issue was the shag carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom. Very happy with this place!
