  • The Ridge Villas at Kapalua Resort are known for some of the best ocean and mountain views on Maui. Located on the hillside of Kapalua, this architecturally appealing resort offers spacious one, two and a rare three bedroom villa options. Ridge Villas guests can enjoy two heated pools, gas BBQs access to the Kapalua Tennis Garden courts.

    This updated upper level, one-level villa sits on top of Kapalua Ridge with 180 degrees ocean views. Tucked up in trees at the end of the Ridge Villas compound, 1721 solitude and privacy yet close enough to the upper resort pool for a refreshing dip.

    PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Better than expected

Everything about this villa is incredible. I’ve been coming to Maui for about 30 years and have stayed in many many Villas at Kapalua, this is one of the nicest. The views from the living room, kitchen, and dining room are incredible. The bed is super comfortable. The only negative (and it’s super minor) is that the pool is a bit of a distance from the room.

Awesome view from living area and balcony

Relaxing villa in the Kapalua area. Proximity to scenic Kapalua hiking trail. Views of Molokai, Kapalua Bay and the Ritz Carlton. Would stay here again.

Great location and view of ocean.

Would stay here again. Beautiful view from patio deck. Enjoyed eating out on patio and the view. Close to beach, you do have to drive to it. Parking is available, but not a lot of spots. Close to Bay course. Loved having two bathrooms and the unit was spacious.

Love this villa

This villa is beautifully appointed and comfortable with an INCREDIBLE view. We saw numerous whales from the deck…amazing! We love the quiet neighborhood and well-kept grounds. A great escape from the busy resort areas down the road. The kitchen has what we needed for breakfasts and a couple dinners. Some simple spices might be nice. Very simple check-in/out process. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 😀

Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was as advertised. Very clean. Would recommend without hesitation. The view from the lanai is to die for. This is an excellent choice for a Kapalua vacation.

The only down part of the stay was that the location was not convenient, you have to drive to the local beaches, stores etc. The only other thing we were looking forward to was a hot tub, they don't have one on these premises.

The condo is beautifully kept. Very clean and organized. It has pretty much anything you might need. We did have a few cool/windy days and would love you have found a lap blanket so that we could snuggle on the sofa. The rental process was very easy.

Our Happy Place - Maui

The condo was simply fantastic. We have stated at this condo before and will again (soon). All the amenities of home, breathtaking views from the Lani and convenience of the market store within walking distance. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were perfect! The villa needs more comfortable furniture as the couch and chairs in the living room were too hard and we never spent any time there. TVs need updating and the kitchen had virtually no supplies so we never cooked in. Master suite was very nice.

Paradise perfection

Loved this one bedroom in the wonderful Kapalua resort. It is easy to get around the resort with great restaurants, beaches and walking trails. Nicely outfitted kitchen if you need a break from dining out. Worked so well for the two of us.
