Located on the hillside of Kapalua, this architecturally appealing resort offers spacious one, two and a rare three bedroom villa options. Ridge Villas guests can enjoy two heated pools, gas BBQs access to the Kapalua Tennis Garden courts.

    This updated ground floor, one-level villa is close to the entry of The Ridge Villas offering easy access. Pacific blues and tropical foliage greens frame the views from this bright and private villas in the heart of Kapalua. The lanai opens to a nice green lawn, perfect for relaxing in the sun.

Lovely property!

Very nicely appointed condo in beautiful Kapalua. Comfortable bed, clean and having a washer and dryer was a nice perk! The unit and building were quiet, air conditioning was appreciated and we enjoyed the lanai. There were beach chairs and pool towels, as well as a cooler to use. Plenty of hangers, shampoo and conditioner and even a safe! Thank you!

More Care On a Few Things

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to clean the filters off both AC units as the dust was caked on, the dryer vent was full of lint and sand. Several dishes were put away dirty, the blender had fermented liquid in it, dust and debris under the bed. It took us a few hours to clean things up. The person there did send someone over to assist with the dryer and bedroom issue. We did enjoy our stay and would go back again but feel the $135 cleaning fee was not well used in our case.

I’ve rented from Parrish before and have appreciated their professionalism and efficiency. If you are traveling with small children, I’m sure they can set you up with cribs etc. The unit has 2 portable high chairs, sippy cups , kiddie cutlery and plates. It doesn’t have a bath but it has a hose shower head in the master shower that would work to wash a small child. I traveled with a walker after I fractured my hip. There are no steps leading into the unit. There is a wrap around bench so I could leave my walker by the bath mat and scoot over to wash. Nice bathing products were provided and the kitchen was well equipped.

Lovely home away from home

We love staying here for our Maui vacation. The condo has everything you’d need to feel at home from beach supplies to kitchen tools. We particularly appreciated having a cooler to take with us to the beach. The condo has a great partial view of Molokai and a nice ocean view overall. The lanai was perfect for watching the sunrise and enjoying morning coffee. Other reviewers mentioned the squeaky bed we didn’t find this to be the case. The bed was quiet and perfectly comfortable for us. Great proximity to the pool on the property. There is a beach that’s a short (5mins max) walk from the condo—directly across the street and down the stairs. We spent most beach days at D.T Fleming as it seemed more accommodating to swimming and has the Beach Shack for snacks/shakes. D.T. Fleming was ~10-15mins walking. We found it to be a fairly easy walk with our beach items but for those that prefer to drive I believe there’s a parking lot. Lastly, for anyone curious (or plastic-conscious) there’s a filtered water dispenser inside the fridge. We found this very convenient as we didn’t need to buy bottled water. We’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely experience

We have been to Maui a few times and it’s our first time staying on the Kapalua side and we loved it! The apt is spacious and conveniently located! We loved being able to walk to trails and the lil shops nearby. We’d definitely come stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was nice except for the bed & pillows. The bed was slanted and the headboard noisily creaked with every tiny movement. The pillows were either flat or lumpy but the extra pillows in the closet were firm so we used those. Even the sofa pillows were flat. I’d recommend a new bed, headboard, & pillows. We’ve been to Maui 9 times & found Kapalua too rainy. When we went to Lahaina, only 20 minutes away, it was sunny & warm. Will never stay in Kapalua again.

We highly recommend not only staying in the Kapalua Bay Maui Resort but in one of their Ridge Villas. This Villa in our opinion is the nicest Villa we've stayed in mainly because we prefer having all the living space on (1) level, no stairs to go up & down when it's time for bed or when you want to get something to eat in the kitchen. Try it, we know you'll love it. We've stayed in the Kapalua Bay Resort since 1984; At the Hotel & in many Villas; Bay, Ocean & Ridge. This Ridge Villa is by far the best & We've already booked it for 2023. You will not be disappointed!

Kapalua Maui Ridge Villa 114 Building 1

Ridge Villa 114 is located in Building 1, which is the lowest in elevation of all the Ridge Villas, which makes the view there the poorest. Interestingly, the online description never mentions it is in building 1, only the villa 114 unit number. Any building on the Ridge from 3-32 has a far superior ocean view. This villa is listed as Gold but needs a serious update. The couch is old and lumpy. The Bed creaks and groans every time we moved. The lanai furniture is in terrible condition and should be replaced immediately. We never sat out there for that reason. We have stayed at Kapalua villas many times in past years so we have lots to compare to. I would not stay at this villa again and would not recommend it to future guests.

The place was beautiful and location was perfect. The only thing I would ask that they fix is the screen door. IDK if it was loose at the hinges but it kept slamming. The door was very minor in scope though and I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time during our maui vacation while staying here. It’s clean, comfortable, and close to the beach, restaurants, and other scenic sites. My favorite thing was having breakfast at the patio with an ocean view. We didnt have any issues during our stay. We will definitely stay here again if given a chance.
