¡Relájese en el paraíso en nuestro hermoso condominio frente al mar de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño en el Kuleana! Disfrute de espectaculares puestas de sol y observación de ballenas (durante los meses de invierno) desde la privacidad de la sala de estar o lanai. Nuestra suite del tercer piso cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar. La cocina está completamente equipada con utensilios de cocina, utensilios, vasos, cubiertos, estufa, microondas, refrigerador, cafetera y mucho más, por lo que es el lugar perfecto para cocinar una comida gourmet o mezclar su cóctel favorito. We came here for our honeymoon and this place was awesome! Everything we wanted and more. The security team is honestly the best part about our stay they were nice as well as our car was accidentally backed into while we were inside it was a smooth process with security they checked the cameras and handled everything for us. Super nice people we loved staying here

I loved my stay at Kuleana Resort. The property is right on the water with direct beach access that’s perfect for snorkeling—you’ll constantly see large green turtles and colorful fish. From the property, you also get stunning views of Molokai and Lanai.The unit came fully equipped with everything I needed: beach chairs, cooking supplies, sunscreen, aloe gel, and even laundry detergent. The resort itself is well-kept, with great amenities and convenient parking.The location is fantastic—within walking distance of shops, a large convenience store, music bars, and eateries. Don’t miss Papis Ohana, where I had the best cinnamon roll of my life (go early!). There’s also a farmers market just a five-minute drive away, held three times a week.This spot makes it easy to explore all parts of the island, and I’d highly recommend it. I’d happily come back to stay again.

The reviews did not do this place justice, the view from the patio was absolutely breathtaking and we loved listening to the waves and watching the sunset each night. The unit has everything you need to cook your meals and they provide paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, garbage bags etc. they had a keurig and a coffee pot as well.The neighbouring units were quiet, we were never disturbed once! The bedroom has the air conditioning and I was SO happy we got a unit with AC because we came in July and it was hot. The AC is loud but that didn’t bother me, I was happy to have it. The rental complex had a small private beach where you could swim and snorkel ( we saw lots of fish and sea turtles!!). There isn’t always beach to sit on though, if the water comes up too high, but most afternoons there was enough room for us to sit on the beach in the chairs provided. They provided beach chairs (Tommy bahama) and a good size cooler for drinks/snacks. They have 3 small ice packs in the freezer and 2 ice trays. We made sure to make ice to bring in the cooler. The grounds of the complex were well manicured and simply beautiful. They also have a pool, tennis courts and ping pong tables in the lobby. This apartment is also located in a great area. ABC store, Safeway and Napili bay/airport beach 10 min drive away! We have an amazing time! Will definitely be back :)

Beautiful sunsets and so many turtles!

This might be my favorite place I’ve stayed on all of the islands! I hope to stay here again in the future. Loved every minute of it. The beaches, turtles and sunsets were amazing!

Awesome location - tons of whale sightings!

The condo was very nicely appointed. It is small, so while it can sleep 4, it would be best if it was 2 adults and two children, IMO. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, plates and silverware. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t use the AC as the cross breeze was great. Some nights there was a little road noise, but we still slept fine. I lost count of how many whales we saw. The grounds were gorgeous! There was a small beach to get your feet wet but it would be difficult to swim from it. Or stay was amazing and we will stay here again!!

Great stay in Maui

Beautifully updated unit, ac in bedroom was a blessing as it was VERY hot while we were there. Saw turtles off the balcony every day and crabs on the rocks. Parking was easy and plentiful (car rental is a must) Short walk to amazing coffee/sand beach/gift shops. Within 15 minute drive to blow hole, 10 to great snorkeling at Honolua bay, and 5 to dragon’s tooth. Some really cool things right in this small area. Would recommend!

Just what we needed!

From start to finish this was an amazing stay. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was very helpful. The condo itself has the most amazing view. My wife and I could have spent the entire day just sitting on the balcony looking out over the water. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Sunset Views

We were very pleased with our stay. The views from the Lanai were exceptional, especially at sunset. The unit was very clean on arrival and we appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels. Overall would love to visit again and would recommend to others.

Zero beach access

When looking for a place to stay, we wanted a property with beach access, which is why we ultimately chose this property. We arrived to find that there was actually no beach access on the property. I spoke with one of the on site managers who informed me that there hadn’t been two beaches since 2019 and now there only occasionally was a strip of sand that could maybe be classified as a beach. The host pointed to a single sentence buried in the rental agreement that says that the amount of beach available is not guaranteed. Would have been nice to know in advance that since 2019 there has been little to no beach at all, we would have gone with a different condo. We were disappointed at how misleading and inaccurate the listing was in this regard. If beach access isn’t important to you, the condo itself is nice and the view is amazing. We watched whales breaching way offshore each morning, and there were frequently sea turtles floating around as well. As others have mentioned, the air conditioning is only in the bedroom and is very loud, though it definitely keeps the room quite cool. Overall, our stay was enjoyable though the interaction with Epic Realty definitely left a bitter taste in my mouth and we will be certain to avoid other listings from them when we return to Hawaii as it seems you can’t actually believe what they post in their listings.

My husband and I loved our stay at this property and would absolutely book here again. The condo is in a great location, very clean, and well equipped; super easy check-in process. There’s an incredible view of the ocean. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves.

Beautiful location and the condo had everything we needed.

We loved watching the whales from our lanai, snorkeling in front of the property -- even with sea turtles. :) The grounds were always well kept and our condo was perfect for us. The only problem we had was getting locked out for over 2-1/2 hours due to a door code being changed and not working, even though we entered the number we'd been given. The security guard was off site so until he returned, there was nothing we could do, as we'd gone snorkeling and didn't bring anything but our gear and towels (no phone, etc.). We weren't give a reason why this happened other than "it happens sometimes". So be aware this could also happen and always at least have your phone with you.

Great view out, clean, and central location. Literally the only nitpick was the window unit for AC is quite loud at night. We tried just opening the windows, but the lights and road noise was not great. If that bugs you, plan accordingly.

All is great here except Epic Realty

The condo is ideal for 2 people and swimming with Sea turtles at the beach below was great. Perfectly located between Lanai and Napili for activities and restaurants. My problem is with Epic reality and the inflexibility on any check in before 4 pm. I put this in my reservation request , but was told it was impossible to get in before 4. Upon arrival at 12:30 we found the condo was being cleaned and needed 2 hours due to Covid, which was fine. However Epic will not allow the door to unlock before 4 pm so even though the condo was clean and had the 2 hour air out for Covid we still had to wait the extra 1.5 hours to get in. This is frustrating after long travel when you have cold goods and luggage to put away. The exact same thing happened to us a year earlier with this condo, but the staff at the condo let us in, this time no such luck. Flexibility is the key, if the room is ready, let the guests in! One other item is be prepared as you will have zero cooking condiments or oil as the condo is purged of anything in the fridge or cabinets, we had to buy salt and pepper for example. Other than those 2 things our stay was perfect.
