Direct OCEANFRONT STUDIO CONDO

This oceanfront studio condo is unit 1007 located on the 10th floor of the Valley Isle Resort and offers unbelievable views through its floor to ceiling windows and private lanai. Ideally located 5 minutes south of Kapalua and 10 minutes north of Kaanapali you are just steps to Kahana beach and a short walk to lots of restaurants, shopping and more. You'll be a short distance from Maui's world-famous golf courses and many world class beaches - a snorkeler’s delight!

Be lulled to sleep as you hear the waves and feel the breeze of the Maui trade winds. You have a front row seat for whale watching (in season) and wind and kite surfers when the waves and winds are to their liking. You may even see some large sea turtles swimming by! This is paradise at its best!

The property offers FREE PARKING and FREE WIFI and there are no resort fees.

You will arrive to a newly remodeled and well appointed reception area with luggage carts for your convenience.

There is lush well maintained landscaping throughout the grounds, a heated saltwater swimming pool, two outdoor showers (poolside and at the beach), gas BBQ grills, herb garden and coin-operated laundry facilities on the third floor.

There is a garden on the property near the pool and BBQ area. Herbs, bananas and other produce may be available during your stay.

NOTICE: The following may impact your stay. Review carefully.

This is a small unit so is limited to 3 guests. If there are 4 in your party you are invited to contact me for consideration. The condo has a well equipped kitchen however, it is very small and there is no dishwasher. We trust that it will meet your needs.

Accommodations include a queen size bed and a queen memory foam mattress sleeper sofa. Because the hinges on the sofa bed can tear the bedding when closed the sofa bed will not be made up prior to your arrival. If using the sofa bed the pillows are stored in the closet and linens are in the footstool. Please leave the bed open to avoid tearing the bedding or strip the sheets prior to closing.

Additionally, the Valley Isle Resort has scheduled water shut-offs from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM on the following dates. Please plan ahead.

2026: March 12, June 11, September 10, December 10
2027: March 11, June 10, September 9, December 9

If no one signs up for water shutdown the water will remain on, however, this is a full disclosure a water shut down is planned and may impact your vacation if you don't plan ahead. Please be aware that when the water is turned back on it may take some time to return to normal.

Our experience was Fantastic! Gwen was very communicative with easy to follow directions. Studio condo with ready small kitchen and amazing view is a perfect experience for a couple wanting a romantic and comfortable get away. Also, the snorkeling right outside below us was unbelievable, we swam with a few turtles! Definitely will be booking again!
There was at least a rainbow everyday!

We had a wonderful stay, the view was spectacular, and we saw turtles every day, and the morning walk on the beach was soul filling. This is the best place and with all the amenities and a kitchen for you to cook your own food, we had great time having breakfast and dinner seeing the sunsets.

This is a wonderful studio that looks out to a view of neighboring islands. It made breakfast on the balcony amazing. The easy beach access, and a great sushi place across the street, made it very easy to just relax & not feel pressured or rushed to go anywhere. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Maui.

5 nights in Maui

Gwen's place was perfect for us. The supplies were great. The views were fantastic, and the breeze was a delight. The views from the balcony are even better than the pictures. The decor is a tad dated, but everything was very clean and comfortable, which is our preference for a beach stay.The lack of AC was not an issue for us during our June stay. The condo gets a great breeze from the front door if the inside door and the balcony doors are both open. There are screens on both doors so no critters get in. The front door has a security screen (with grills). Some people might not like having the main doors open. However, we felt totally safe. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars. We especially likes the great prices in Dollies and the view at Captain Jacks.

The views from this ocean, westward facing unit are amazing! The owners were very responsive. We enjoyed the location as it was out of the real busy areas. We came to see whales and that’s what we saw from our location. We also saw sea turtles, a shark and a manta! Mahalo Gwen and Dennis!

Incredible ocean views

Condo was clean and exactly as pictured in the photos and has spectacular views from lanai. It’s in an excellent location close to several beaches and snorkeling spot, restaurants, shopping for any of your desires. Or just relaxing on the lanai and enjoying watching whales and all the water activities. Molokai feels like you can reach out and touch it. We had excellent communication with owner and fast responses. We would enjoy staying again and hope to be back very soon.

Dream Vacation

We had a time of our lives in this gorgeous condo that had everything one may need. The view cannot possibly be described, the place is immaculate with cute little kitchen with everything needed. The host was fantastic, she dealt with a small wi-fi glitch immediately and we felt comforted that she would be there for just about anything. We vowed to return to this little heaven on earth.

Amazing!

We couldn’t be more thrilled with this condo and the view it gave! absolutely amazing and just what we were looking for. Condo was clean and had everything that we needed - the chairs, beach towels, cooler, and snorkel flippers were used daily! If we weren’t out exploring Maui, we were sitting on the Lanai watching whales (the views are unmatched!) or looking at turtles swimming below us. The beach close to the condo had a Monk Seal who frequently visited and also many turtles who came up onto the beach. We couldn’t have been more pleased with communication from our host! Thank you for a great stay!

Great overlook in Maui

The owner Gwen was great to communicate with. The property is beautiful and in great condition. Do note there is no AC or Dishwasher. The breeze cools the places down very quickly. The sounds of the waves at night are the best. We saw numerous whales and a couple turtles outside our balcony. It was nice there is a liquor store, restaurants, and gas station across the street. Make sure you check out the food truck fair, and the Maui Fish Market for great food.

The place is very clean and very well decorated. Owner very easy to communicate too and very accommodating, The More is all the goodies on the patio that make your beach day very comfortable and very active. Chairs,Board,Snorkels etc...... Very glad we booked that unit. RBC
