With its sweeping views of the Laguna coastline seen from an intimate rooftop patio, you can entertain your guests on your private outdoor dining table overlooking the ocean. This luxury villa is uniquely located right above our main patio, giving it a sense of privacy while still promising spectacular views. Flat-screen TVs and a sleeper sofa are also included for your comfort.

This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.
Pets are subject to the owners' approval, and additional fees may apply. Please provide the pet's age, weight, and breed, and we will let you know if approved and additional pet fees when applicable. No Cats Allowed

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
