A spacious apartment on one floor in quiet location near the beach & village situated in Praia da Luz, a former fishing village. The apartment has a large living-dining area with TV leading to a large sunny balcony fronting the beach looking out to the sea with lovely views of the Black Rock (Rocha Negra). It is equipped with two air conditioning units, in the living room and in the bedroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. There is one bedroom with two twin beads or a double bed. This bedroom has one fitted wardrobe with ample storage space. The location could not be better as it is close to main street and literally a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars.
The apartment is registered with the number 53053/AL and meets all the requirements regarding health and safety imposed by Portuguese law in the category of Accommodation for Tourists.

A beautiful view and fantastic location. Close to market, shops and beach. It had everything that we needed. I would recommend it and would stay there again!

Beautiful apartment with great view and privacy

I like to have a place away from, but close to, the big cities. Praia da Luz is between Lagos and the edge of the earth. Perfeito.

The ocean view was beautiful. Over the red tiled roofs you can see the ocean sparkling right to the horizon. The street in front of the condo has many pedestrians and is interesting scenery to watch while relaxing on a huge balcony/veranda. The condo is quite private and seperate from other units. Very nice. The host is very attentive when you have a question. Would return to this one.

Sommerurlaub an der Algarve

Nach 4 Tagen wandern entlang der Rota Vicentina kamen wir im Badeort Luz an. In der Nähe vom Apartment gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Spar hatte sogar am Sonntag geöffnet. Nach einem Tag im Umland oder am Strand haben wir uns immer total auf das Apartment gefreut, weil es zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte/Ende Juni) angenehm kühl in dem Apartment war. Toll fanden wir die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen und auf der Terrasse zu trocknen.Der Strand und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Apartment, also alles super bequem. Paulo hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert Insgesamt war es ein richtig toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tranquilité de l hébergement

L'appartement n était pas propre. Cuisine sale. Housses de coussins sales. Dessus de lits tachés. Manque d aération flagrant.mauvaises odeurs...le propriétaire n a pas vérifié l état de propreté du logement ce qui est bien dommage.De plus les poêles étaient hors usage. Bien déçus . Sinon l appartement a été complètement repeint et il est bien situé. Belle terrasse avec une vue mer au second plan. Praia da Luz n est pas très propre et c est une colonie britannique.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Paulos Apartment sehr genossen. Paulo ist hilfsbereit und reagiert sofort auf Anfragen aller Art. Das Apartment ist geräumig und angenehm kühl, was wir an heißen Tagen besonders zu schätzen wussten, zumal das Schlafzimmer nach Norden ausgerichtet ist. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass das Apartment während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts noch einmal komplett gereinigt wurde und wir frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher erhielten. Innerhalb der kleinen Anlage liegt das Apartment etwas separiert, sodass man viel Privatsphäre genießt und keine Leute vis-â-vis hat, die an den eigenen Fenstern vorbeilaufen. Deutschsprachige Fernsehsender gibt es nicht, aber diverse englischsprachige, weshalb uns dieser, durch andere deutsche Gäste kritisierte Punkt nicht gestört hat; darüber hinaus besitzen wir einen Fire TV Stick, sodass wir abends deutschsprachige Filme und Nachrichtensendungen sehen konnten. In der kleinen Küche haben wir häufig gekocht. Man kann sowohl auf dem Balkon als auch drinnen am Esstisch gemütlich speisen und ein Glas Wein genießen. Nur das Sofa ist mittlerweile instabil geworden, vermutlich vom vielen Herausziehen als Schlafsofa, sodass es überprüft werden sollte. Aber Sessel und andere Sitzgelegenheiten sind reichlich vorhanden. Der Blick vom Balkon reicht über einen begrünten Parkplatz über Palmen bis zum Meer. Luz ist ein lieblicher Ort mit netten Ecken und vielen Restaurants. Gleichzeitig eignet sich Luz durch seine Lage hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge aller Art: nach Osten in Richtung Faro, nach Westen bis Sagres, nach Norden für Wandertouren in die Serra de Monchique sowie für alle Ausflüge in die National- und Naturparks der Algarve. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Wir fühlten uns getäuscht

Ich kann die guten bis sehr guten Bewertungen für diese Wohnung nicht nachvollziehen. Der Vermieter präsentiert ein Bild von dieser Wohnung,was mit der Realität nichts zu tun hat. Man schaut vom Balkon aus direkt auf einen großen Parkplatz (da können schon mal 30 Autos stehen ) Erst ganz weit hinten sieht man dann auch das Meer.Die Wohnung befindet sich auch nicht in 2. Reihe,sondern viel weiter hinten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist spartanisch und nicht gastfreundlich (z.B. nur ein Campingstuhl auf dem Balkon) Die Fenster der Wohnung waren zum großen Teil total verschmutzt, auch defekte Leuchtmittel in der Küche. Und wenn ich an deutsche Urlauber vermiete,sollte wenigstens ein deutsches Fernsehprogramm vorhanden sein. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wonung nicht weiter empfehlen,wenn auch Luz ein sehr schöner Ort ist. Übrigens hatten wir am Anreisetag bis 22.30 Uhr Baulärm von dem benachbarten Grundstück.Es wäre auch nett gewesen,wenn der Vermieter uns vorher informiert hätte. Schade,es hätte schön sein können.....

Erholung pur

Das Apartment bietet alles, was man braucht. Gute Betten, ordentliches Bad mit super heißem Wasser , ein schöner Balkon mit Meerblick. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist funktional und modern. Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch ausgestattet, aber für einfaches Kochen reicht es. Strand, Supermärkte und Restaurants etc. sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Wellnessbad mit Meerwasser und Beauty sind im angrenzenden Haus. Alles in allem ist hier ein toller Urlaub zu machen auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt, toll. Danke!

Mas amplio que parece en las fotos

Todo genial, el apartamento perfectamente limpio, las instalaciones muy buenas, la vista hermosa, la ubicación inmejorable. La única cosa que podría haber mejorado nuestra estancia sería un tendedor plegable; no hay donde tender toallas. Repetiremos sin dudas, el sitio es un encanto.

L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, propre et très bien placé, proche de la plage et des commerces. La vue sur mer en arrière plan et le balcon sont très appréciables. Seul petit bémol, le manque d'occultation des fenêtres pour les personnes qui dorment dans le salon. Je recommande vivement cette location 😊

Séjour très agréable

L’appartement est bien situé. Tout se fait à pieds que ce soit les courses ou la plage. Nous avons séjourné 10 jours et le ménage fut fait au milieu du séjour avec un changement des serviettes de toilettes. L’arrêt d’autobus tout près nous mène pour 1,60 euros à Lagos environ 25 minutes de trajet. Même s’il n’y a pas la climatisation, il fait bon dans l’appartement. Très bon accueil merci

Vlot contact, mooie ligging, prachtig uitzicht, net en modern interieur, groot terras. Zuiver bad- en bedlinnen na 5 dagen een dubbele plus. Veilig gevoel. Leuke en steengoede restaurantjes. Groot strand. In één woord 'supervakantie'. Dank aan Paulo, alles verliep heel vlot.

A relaxing holiday in a lovely resort

Ideally located apartment, with views of the black rock and sea from the balcony, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment felt private, secure and homely with everything supplied that you may require. Especially loved the shower, oodles of hot water whenever required. ( best shower unit we’ve used in twenty years of holidaying in Portugal). Another bonus was ample car parking adjacent to the apartment.

Komfortable Unterkunft in primaLlage

Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die Wohnung ist hell, hat von drei Seiten Fenster, absolut ruhig mit einem großen Balkon, der unser zweites Wohnzimmer war. Fast den ganzen Tag Sonne :) Schöner kurzer Spaziergang zum Meer und gute Restaurants gleich um die Ecke, ebenfalls zwei sehr gut sortierte Supermärkte. Der Vermieter Paulo ist absolut zuverlässig und hilfsbereit.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in zweiter Reihe zum Meer. Trotzdem hat man eine gute Sicht vom Balkon aus. Die Wohnung ist geräumig , ruhig und sehr sauber. Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwei Supermärkte liegen ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie diverse Restaurants. Uns hat sehr gut gefallen.

Parfait, à refaire.

Premier séjour au Portugal et très belle découverte. La maison est très bien située, moins de 5 min des restaurants, commerce et de la plage (qui est une très bonne station balnéaire, calme et beaucoup de famille). Logement très agréable et spacieux pour une famille (2 enfants), bien équipée. Région bien ventilée (climatisation non nécessaire). Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Excellent séjour.

Luz experience

We enjoyed our stay in Luz very much. The apartment was spaceful, clean and very well located. It is just few steps from the beatiful beach, there is a lot of various restaurats, the shop and bakery are just 100 m away. Those who like busier locations can visit Lugas, lively place with several amazing beaches, lots of shopping possibilities and many places where you can enjoy local cousine. We had a great time, thanks for having us.
