PERFECT LOCALISATION in the heart of the ALGARVE, a region mostly appreciated for its nice climate, the warm welcoming of its inhabitants, and its numerous tourist attractions.
THE HOUSE CAN RECEIVE UP TO 6 PEOPLE: kitchen – living room – dining room – 3 bedrooms – 2 fully equipped bathrooms (basin, bidet, bath and toilet) – independent toilet.
THE BEST PLACE FOR RELAXING HOLIDAYS: the house is a very comfortable, you will feel at home. The price Include household 1 to 3 times a week and end of stay to be agreed with the housekeeper. The household linen is furnished and cleaned. If asked for, we can provide you with food or anything you need from the local grocery store for your first night and an your first breakfast (to be paid on your arrival in the house).
FOR THE OUTDOOR LIFE: there is a private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth: from 0, 80 cm to 2.2 m) on the terrace offering a wonderful sea sight. The garden is very nice and flowery, and you will be able to use the stone-made barbecue. There is a security barrier down the stairs leading to the swimming pool and to the solarium (located on the house rooftop).
THE HOUSE IS UNAVAILABLE IN AUGUST, but we still have SOME AVAILABILITY for the rest of the season (see calendar). ATTRACTIVES PRICES for the low and middle seasons. FORMALITIES AND MOVING are very simple.
MULTIMEDIA: French TV by satellite, as well as 70 channels in many different languages. Free Wi-Fi available. A multifunction printer is also available (user charges will apply).

Goed uitgeruste keuken. Alle kamers voorzien van airco met een warmte functie. Goede houtkachel. Schitterend uitzicht vanaf het dakterras. Parkeerplaats op eigen terrein. Communicatie met eigenaar en beheerder kan beter. Goede bedden. Op loopafstand naar het centrum van Luz. Goed uitgangspunt voor wandelingen naar Porto do Mos en Burgau.

Maison priai da luz

Très jolie maison. Très propre, pas très loin de la mer mais un peu éloigné du centre.Bien équipée et entretenue.La climatisation est appréciable lors des fortes chaleurs.Séjour agréable entre la terrasse et la piscine.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Luz

Das Objekt bietet eigentlich alles, was man sich wünscht: Tolle Lage, Stellplatz für den (Leih-) Wagen auf dem Grundstück, behindertengerechte Ausstattung, Sitzplätze und Sonnenliegen in ausreichender Anzahl. Besteck und Geschirr sowie Gläser sind etwas butnt zusammengewürfelt aber reichlich vorhanden.

Lovely villa in a great location

The villa was perfect for us as we had a baby and 3 year old as part of the family group. The pool was gated and completely safe which is what we wanted. It was well equipped and in a lovely position, close to Luz and beaches. We would book again as we had a great holiday.

Beautiful Location and property

We were unlucky with the weather as even the local residents said they had never seen so much rain in the month of March. However, we were comfortable enough in this villa with its well-appointed kitchen and living spaces. Marine the housekeeper, kept beds and towels refreshed so all we had to do was have our adventures. Sandrine, the property manager made herself available if we had any questions. Altogether a pleasant stay.

Vivenda lagos

Adoramos a vivenda, com design característico das casas típicas algarvias com tudo que é necessário para umas excelentes férias. Cozinha bem equipada, área da piscina vedada o que é óptimo por causa das crianças, pátio com churrasco a funcionar bem e mesa exterior para almoços fantásticos. Está situada num local onde só existem vivendas muito sossegado e tranquilo para poder relaxar e descansar. A praia também fica relativamente perto a cerca de 2km. A reserva correu muito bem e conforme combinado, Gostamos muito e recomendamos.

Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Die Außenanlage ist gepflegt und lädt zum verweilen ein. Im Haus gibt es doch einige Dinge, die ausgetauscht werden müssen. Auch die Terrassenstühle müssen zeitnah ausgetauscht werden. Trotz allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The villa is in an excellent location within walking distance of Praia da Luz, with a great selection of shops and restaurants. It’s extremely spacious, with three double bedrooms, the main one is especially large with ample storage and a generous en suite. The decor is traditional, but the kitchen is modern, bright, and very well-equipped. The villa has excellent air conditioning and mosquito nets on all bedroom shutters, we only saw one mosquito during our entire stay.The sea views are absolutely stunning, especially from the pool and roof solarium, which was a real highlight. The outdoor space is exceptional, with a large private patio, a beautifully maintained pool, excellent bbq and well-kept gardens. The villa manager and Maria were both helpful and welcoming, checking in early on to make sure we had everything we needed. Maria came back half way through our stay to change beds and towels and even refreshed the pool towels.One thing to be aware of is that the neighbouring property is slightly elevated, and the low wall on their side of the pool meant it’s not as private as we’d hoped when their outdoor area is in use. That said, it didn’t spoil our stay in this otherwise fantastic villa, which we would highly recommend.

Returning Tourist

We last stayed in the area 30 years ago. We liked the area of luz with the Villa being situated on the outskirts, in a quiet residential culdesac. The outside space was good but we felt the house and bedrooms were tired and needed updating. Although the kitchen was updated it was dark. The bedrooms were ok but needed freshening up. We felt it could if been cleaned better, it also had a musty damp smell. The air conditioning was noisy and the TV didn’t work although it had 5 remotes ! Which was confusing and only sorted when the TV repair man came out. Sorry but have stayed in better for the price.

Lovely Getaway Villa

Had an absolutely amazing time at this property. Good communication and easy check in. Breathtaking sea views from roof and pool area, lush gardens. Especially loved the herb garden and lemon tree. Although there are neighbors all around, it still felt very private. We had fabulous weather in May and used the pool often. It was clean and refreshing. Lovely updated kitchen and huge refrigerator. Cooked breakfast daily. Plenty of seating inside and out. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms for our group of 6. Scenic 15 minute walk along the coast to shops, seaside restaurants and the beach. We really liked Luz and it was a quick drive to Lagos for a larger grocery store. Good location, we did day trips to Sagres for sunset, Portimão for a boat tour, Seven Hanging Valleys hike from Praia da Marinha and Lagos for hikes and beaches. We were sad to leave and would not hesitate to book this property again.

Extended holiday in Praia Da Luz

Just returned from a 4-week break in Praia Da Luz. We stayed at villa Casa NOSSI-BE which is situated in a cul-de-sac in a residential area at the top of a hill, about a 15 minute walk to the promenade, shops, restaurants & beach.The villa is very spacious with an open plan living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with en-suite & two further double bedrooms. It also had a family bathroom & separate toilet. There was A/C throughout. Water pressure & heating was excellent. Even though we often used the washer & dishwasher, we never had a cold shower during our stay.There is plenty of space outside with a large patio accessible through the living room double doors. The roof terrace has stunning views of Praia Da Luz and the blue seas of the Atlantic Ocean. The pool is probably above average in size & was very welcoming, especially when the sun was shining. Pool was cleaned once a week. The villa had a lovely garden, full of character & colour. It was well maintained by the gardeners who visited us many times during our stay.A few minor issues. All the cutlery, towels & tea towels in the kitchen & the bathroom towels have seen better days. They all need replacing. The sun loungers by the pool were very uncomfortable & need upgrading. You could not sunbathe lying on your front. A couple of suitable pool parasols would have been nice.Overall a great holiday. I’d have no problem recommending the villa if you were thinking of visiting Praia Da Luz.

Great property - quick walk to the beach/village of Luz

This villa was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Amenities are very handicapped-friendly. Kitchen and home are well equipped with everything needed. House was very clean and the housekeeper comes weekly. Short walk to the village / beach in Luz. Would definitely recommend and would consider dtaying again.

Super Séjour dans une très jolie maison et emplacement!

Le Site et la maison sont encore mieux que sur les photos! Quartier tranquille. Situation parfaite près du centre-ville et de la plage à 15 minutes à pied. Maison propre et très fonctionnelle. Mon épouse a adoré les fleurs et plantes un peu partout autour de la maison. Petit-dej tous les matins sur la terrasse extérieure au niveau du jardin. Terrasse sur le toit avec un superbe vue sur la mer. Nouvelles chaises ont été livrées pour l'espace piscine. Bien. L'entretien de la piscine devrait être amélioré (mais nous étions en début de saison) Superbe séjour. Merci!

Alles super! Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Einige Möbelstücke sind schon etwas älter und müssten mal ausgetauscht werden (z.B. Poolliegen).

Praia da luz

Wij hebben in de zomer een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze mooie villa in Praia da Luz. Het huis was erg schoon en had alle benodigdheden. Verder was het contact met het contactpersoon erg goed en laagdrempelig. Eventuele problemen werden snel verholpen. Daarnaast was het maar 15 minuten lopen naar het dorpje en strand. Heerlijke plek en zeker een aanrader!

Merry Algarve

Wir hatten über Weihnachten 2019 zwei sehr entspannte Wochen. Mit dem sehr schön gelegenen Haus waren wir rundum zufrieden. Die tolle sehr gut ausgestattete Küche ist besonders hervorzuheben. Kräuter und Zitronen gibt es im eigenen Garten. Bei sonnigem Wetter konnten wir sogar auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Einzig die Sofaecke im Wohnzimmer ist schon etwas durch und könnte erneuert werden. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wenn sich die Möglichkeit ergibt kommen wir gerne wieder. 😎

Runter an Atlantik - rauf am Mittelmeer

Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit einer ganz neuen tollen Einbauküche. .Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit schönen Garten und einem Dachpool. Nicht bequem waren die Couch und die Stühle am Esstisch. Es sollte nur ab und zu mal nach der Beleuchtung gesehen werden. Verschiedene Lampen waren defekt.
