Luxury 1 Bed apartment with WiFi and 2 pool passes

Lovely spacious top floor one bed apartment with good quality furnishings and a south facing balcony with garden & harbour front views.
On entering the apartment the hall leads through to the bright lounge/dining room.
Sliding doors open out onto the lovely south facing balcony. The balcony has 2 sun loungers and table & chairs for enjoying the sunset.
The kitchen is very modern and well equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The double bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and there is air/con fitted throughout the apartment. We provide towels and bed linen for the apartment, please note we do not provide pool/beach towels.
The apartment is equipped with personal WiFi and Portuguese tv which has a small selection of English channels.
The apartment comes with 2 pool passes for the Marina Club Hotel Pool which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment is ideally located on the Marina de Lagos and is within walking distance to beach, town centre, shops & restaurants.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and has a private parking space in the lock-up garage with elevator access from garage to apartment floor.
The Marina itself has a 24 hour security surveillance service and there are a vast array of restaurants, cafes & bar within a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
There is also a large supermarket Pingo Doce within a 2 minute walk.

This is a lovely, spacious one bedroom condo with southern exposure. It is extremely well stocked in the kitchen. We were there in April so the sun was perfect. I do believe they offer sunshade in the summer months. Otherwise I don’t think you’ll be able to sit on the balcony in the afternoon. The host was very responsive. My only surprise, being someone who uses Vrbo frequently, is the fact that they provide one small bath towel per person, two hand towels, and one face cloth. We were two people staying for seven days. There is a washing machine, no dryer. We brought our own washing liquid with a full understanding that we would have to do laundry. I do think perhaps two bath towels per person and at least one face cloth per person is not an unreasonable expectation. One other suggestion would be to leave instructions on how to use the washing machine and also the electric barbeque grill. This would save conversations back-and-forth with the property manager. The Wi-Fi is a bit spotty, which was OK for us as vacationers, but I would not see this as a great spot for a digital nomad.Overall, a beautiful well kept condo.

The balcony view was nice and wide and very sunny. It would have been nice to have an umbrella to put up for sun protection. Julie was excellent and very helpful. The pool next door was lovely and big and the water felt clean but it was too cold.

This property is amazing, it really is a home from home as other reviews have stated. It is better equipped than my own home! The owners have made it a beautiful holiday rental The Pottery and pictures on the walls are beautiful. It is spacious, clean and cosy. The balcony is spacious and has the sun all day. The pool passes are a god send and being able to use the Marina resort bar in the evening was nice. The apartment is in a great situation. Honestly can't write enough to give it its full credit. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing home.

Great apartment!

What a great place to stay in Lagos. A stones throw from the marina with its bars and restaurants and adjacent to the marina resort where you can have free use of the pool during your stay as the apartment has two passes for your use. The beach is an easy 15 minute walk away as is the town centre with its numerous restaurants. A large supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away. So overall the location of this apartment is perfect. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and everything you can possibly need is there. The apartment is on a fairly busy road but if you close the shutters and double glazing at night you don’t hear a thing. Not that we had any problems, the property manager was very helpful and accommodating. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Great Apartment

We have previously stayed in this block but not this particular apartment. We love the location as you can walk everywhere and don’t really need a car for a short stay. The apartment was perfectly adequate for a couple. It was well equipped . We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Several issues as noted below

Cons: Location was difficult to find and check in , especially as our flight was delayed and we arrived after dark. Building # is not well indicated , therefore impossible to see from the street which has no stopping or parking. Had to park at hotel and go walking to find the apartment and the parking. Communication with host was quite slow as somehow my phone could not connect to the local rep after the first night. Luckily my travel partner’s phone was able to connect to her but it was cumbersome not being able to use my own phone. I asked about WhatsApp or other methods to connect but nothing was offered. The unit itself was nice but lacking basic amenities like soap and toilet paper, beach towels were dirty , and furniture in living room needs a good cleaning. The ‘dryer’ as noted in the listing turned out to be a clothes rack, I was not impressed as I was expecting a machine for quick drying overnight. The filter coffee machine was missing when we arrived, even though I had specifically communicated a few days before about the need for a coffee machine. It was delivered the 2nd day but without filters or coffee. Also, I could not locate the garden and BBQ grill as noted on the listing. I asked about this on our last day but never got a response from the owner. Pros: Balcony was awesome but lounger cushions should be cleaned or replaced. Nice area walkable to the marina and restaurants, even walkable to the old town of Lagos which is lovely.

Very cozy and spacious apartment right next to the Marina Club

We really liked it here, especially the balcony with two loungers and the large living room. The apartment is well equipped and the management always responded quickly. Only the search for pool loungers was sometimes difficult due to the high season.

Sehr schönes und sinnvoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl und genossen die Zeit. Lagos Altstadt konnte auch fussläufig erreicht werden.

We have just returned from a 10 day break. This was our second visit to Lagos.. we stayed in another block previously, a 2 bed, but thought we would try a 1 bed this time. We were dubious on the space we may have but, we were not disappointed at all. There was a little hiccup with code for the key but 1 shot phone call and it was solved in 2 mins- fabulous customer care. this is a lovely spacious apartment with a view of the pool and the balcony was lovely to lounge on with a glass of wine watching the world go by before getting ready for dinner.. would highly recommend it. The Marina Club pool passes were such a great added extra too. We previously had access to the others pool further up towards pingo. Which is gorgeous in its own right but very quiet with no bar and no music. The marina club bar is fabulous and the bartender Ricardo was fabulous, friendly and a true gent!. If you do decide to go, also take advantage of the tourist train/bus which picked you up from the foot of the bridge on the marina side on the hour and will take you around Lagos.. there are (I think it was around 6 euros pp) 9 different stops that you can hop on and hop off during the day and go to the beach, fabulous beach bars and also visit some of the amazing little bays and rock formation at the beginning of the grottos. And also the home made pies and entertainment in the lighthouse on the upper level of the marina is a must.. fabulous holiday!.x

Lovely place, great view

Very well stocked and what a view. Really large deck which we really enjoyed. Instructions were very clear, no issues. Small hot water tank, take quick showers to have hot water. Would definitely book again. Walking distance to everything and close to the beach boardwalks.

Everything you could need in the flat. Really great central position for walking everywhere beach, town and restaurants. We parked the car in the garage when we arrived and didn't touch it again until we left! Yes the road is a bit annoying when in the bedroom but it didn't keep us awake. Lovely sunny position. Huge food store 5 mins walk away with everything you could want.
