This magnificent dwelling enjoys a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the mature garden. Very spacious and bright. Located in a secure private condominium, just 10-15 minutes walking from the Luz village center and beach, or 5 minutes walking from the supermarket, local restaurants and bars.



Located in an area that offers peace and tranquility, this house provides versatile accommodation for a family or group of friends up to a maximum of 10 guests. The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, with distinct leisure areas yet still in the same space, enjoying the wonderful sea view.



The entrance to the Mira Luz Condominium is made through an automatic gate. House N is the first house on the right and has its own private parking area, a mature garden facing Southeast, and a kidney shape swimming pool with waterfall.



The main door opens to a spacious entrance hall on the ground floor where you can find:

All rooms are decorated and furnished with good taste. The double bedrooms have the additional bonus of having doors that open directly onto the pool terrace.



From the entrance hall, a natural stone staircase leads us to the first floor with a spacious living room. The main attraction is the large snooker table that divides the space between the dining area, furnished with a large table and chairs, and the living area with 3 comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a cabinet with an HD Smart TV with NOS cable channels, DVD player, 'Chromecast' that allows you to connect your own wireless devices. There is also a music system and a Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen.

In terms of entertainment, beyond the most popular feature - the pool table - there is also a Nintendo Wii with some games and a dart game in the balcony.



The kitchen, spacious, with a U-shaped cabinet area and work surface, offers everything you need for your vacation. Fully equipped with electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, combined refrigerator and a second refrigerator, ideal for drinks. Double sink with draining area. The kitchen island is equipped with induction hob and stainless steel extractor/hood. Table and chairs for light meals. Various other small appliances like toaster, kettle, expresso coffee machine, hand blender, etc...



Service area with various cleaning utensils, clothesline for laundry, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. Door opens to the west terrace to catch the last rays of sunlight.



Another benefit of this extensive kitchen is the east-facing terrace, accessible from the kitchen where you will find a charcoal barbecue. This terrace offers a sheltered area, perfect for cooking at home, with a beautiful view of the garden.

Luz Beach, once a fishing village, is now well-known for being a safe and relaxing holiday destination, especially for families with children.



House N is just a few minutes walk from the center of Luz village and the beach. In Luz, you will find everything you need. There is a wide choice of restaurants, cafés and bars, some right by the beach, where you can enjoy a stunning view of the beach, the natural coastline and Luz's landmark "A Rocha Negra" - an ancient volcanic rock formation.

Lagos is the closest city. With its historical heritage from the Discoveries period, it is now a surprising place that still maintains its character combined with the needs of modern life. It has an internationally awarded marina where various sports/nautical events are held.

Several well-known golf courses within a 15-minute drive.



All bedding is provided, including pool towels.



For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have cleaning service with a complete change of bed linens and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, you will have a towel change midway through the stay.



No smoking inside the house

Baby travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request and with a small extra cost.

Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas except the garage.



CoolHouses manages this house and its team is always available to provide assistance to the guest and can help with booking to/from Airport Transfer or rent-a-car.



In case of stays longer than 28 nights, the cost of water, gas, and electricity consumption will be charged separately. There will also be a cleaning fee to cover the costs of cleaning after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the terms and agreed price.
