Casa Redonda is located a few minutes by car from the beach, on the outskirts of the historic city of Lagos and a few minutes by car from the village of Luz.

In 2 floors. Ground floor: Bedroom 1 with king size bed that can be prepared as 2 single beds, bedroom 2 with two single beds, both with wardrobe, TV and Air conditioning. Bathroom 1 with Italian shower and electric towel rails. Bedroom 3 with king size bed, TV, air conditioning and private Bathroom 2 with bathtub.

1st Floor: guest toilet, Living room furnished with leather sofas, HD Smart TV, DVD player, snooker table, fireplace and air conditioning. Doors open onto a balcony with panoramic views of Lagos and Meia Praia bay, Boavista Golf Course, and the sea towards Luz beach.



Dining area with direct access to the kitchen, fully equipped with a small breakfast bar for light meals, American fridge/freezer with ice maker, wine fridge, and dishwasher. Induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, and various other everyday small appliances (toaster, kettle, hand blender, espresso and filter coffee machines, etc.).



From both the kitchen and living room, doors open onto a balcony with a dining area and gas BBQ. Automatic awning. Beautiful 180º view of Lagos to Luz and over the Boavista Golf Resort.



Stairs lead down to the pool area surrounded by a fully private and wind-protected terrace, outdoor furniture and automatic awning, providing the perfect place to sunbathe and enjoy light meals outdoors on warm nights.



On the pool terrace, a door provides access to the garage with washing machine and dryer.



The pool has a polygonal shape of approximately 6x3m and can be heated upon request and with an additional cost.



All divisions have access to the outside and the carefully tended and grown garden.



The property is located in Herdade do Funchal with a panoramic view over Lagos and Praia da Luz.

For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have cleaning service with a complete change of bed linens and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, you will have a towel change midway through the stay.

Pets are not allowed.

It is not allowed to charge electric vehicles on the property.



Baby travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request and with a small extra cost.

Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas.



CoolHouses manages this house and its team is always available to provide assistance to the guest and can help with booking Airport Transfer to/from or rent-a-car.



In case of stays longer than 28 nights, the cost of water, gas, and electricity consumption will be charged separately. There will also be a cleaning fee to cover the costs of cleaning after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the terms and agreed price.
