Villa Sesmarias in Carvoeiro with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & private pool

Located in Sesmarias, a residential suburb of beautiful Carvoeiro, Villa Sesmarias offers comfortable accommodation with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.



Externally there is a fantastic private swimming pool, lawned areas, a charcoal BBQ (charcoal is not provided) and outdoor furniture including table and chairs for al fresco dining and sun loungers for lazy days around the pool.



Parking is outside on the street.



Internally there is a spacious living and dining area with 2 sofas, chairs, flat screen TV (does not have Netflix), feature fireplace and a dining table with 8 chairs. Patio doors lead out to the garden area (4 steps down).



The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, capsule coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric hand whisk and all the necessary pots, pans and utensils for a self-catering stay.



Bedroom 1 on the ground floor features 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes (there is no air conditioning in this bedroom)

Bedroom 2, also on the ground floor, features a large double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a private shower room with a large walk in shower. This bedroom has a window overlooking the gardens and swimming pool.



The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath with shower over.



Stairs lead to the first floor where there are 2 further bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

Bedroom 4 has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a sea view from the window.



Bedroom 3 and 4 share a shower room with a walk in shower.



There is also a laundry room on the first floor with the washing machine, separate dryer, iron and ironing board.



There is a fantastic terrace offering lovely views also on the first floor which can also be accessed from the exterior ground level.

The villa has wi-fi.



If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.



This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.



Travel cots can be provided for an additional 25 Euros each cot.

High chairs can be provided for an additional 10 Euros each chair.



This property does not accept reservations from groups of young people aged 24 or under.
