This beautiful picturesque villa gives you a warm homely feeling as you approach it. There is a gated driveway as you enter and gardens that sweep around the house full with beautiful plants and fruit trees. You have access to an outdoor shower at the front of the property for use after those long days at the beach.
As you head up the staircase to enter the property you find yourself walking in to an open plan living room and dining room separated by a couple of steps. The living room is furnished with sofas and looks out onto the spectacular sea view. You have free high speed WiFi internet and TV with cable channels. Patio doors open up on to a balcony with dining table and chairs.
The dining room has an oak table and seating room for guests and sits in front of the fully equipped kitchen.
You have access to a dishwasher, oven and stove top as well as fridge freezer and electrical goods.
Once more you head up a few steps to the first of two bathroom, the bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet, sink and washing machine.
The second bathroom is located further up the corridor and contains a bath tub with shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
Opposite the bathroom are the three bedrooms, you will find two with large king size beds and the third with single beds.
If we head back outside the property through the dining room door you will find a small seating area which sits just in front of the small outdoor swimming pool. Situated behind the pool is a hot tub, with both having views to the sea.
At the rear of a garden is another seating area with sun loungers and an BBQ grill.
If you head up the stairs at the rear of the property you will find your way up to the breathtaking roof terrace where you can enjoy the fabulous sunshine and incredible sea views. There is a seating area and sun loungers on the roof terrace which look out over the Atlantic ocean.
