The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. It is located in Porches, about 2 km from Armação de Pêra, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Just a few steps away from the apartment you can find Nossa Senhora da Rocha Beach and Cova Redonda Beach.

The apartment has a bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, dresser and air conditioning.

The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table, air conditioning and access to a private balcony with a dining area.

The pools are shared with the condominium and are open from April 1st to October 31st, operating from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Located 40 minutes from Faro Airport, Porches is a small village located between Lagoa and Albufeira in the Algarve and is known for its pottery and beautiful beaches in the area, such as Nossa Senhora da Rocha, Cova Redonda, Armação de Pêra, Praia dos Beijinhos, among others. You'll also find several water activities available in the area such as surfing, diving, and sailing. In addition, Aqualand Water Park is within walking distance of the city and is a great choice for all ages, with a selection of adrenaline-filled slides and relaxing experiences. There is a supermarket 850 meters from the apartment, as well as two major shopping centers in the area: Algarve Shopping is a 15-minute drive away and Aqua Portimão is 20 minutes away. Take some time to find out everything you can do in Porches and you'll certainly be surprised.

If you are arriving by plane from Faro Airport, the best option to get to the apartment is by car.If you have a rental car, you can park in the condominium garage. Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Shuttle Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is ''Self-Catered.'' Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - substitutions or replacements are not included.￫ Bed and Bath Linens are provided according to the number of guests confirmed on your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.￫ Check-in starts at 4:00 pm. Only one set of keys will be provided.￫ Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Upon your departure, place the keys in the lockbox. ￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving keys in the lock or mailbox. If technical assistance is needed to open the door or if the keys and/or lock are damaged, the resulting costs of this service will be borne by the guest.
