Casa Silver is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse walking distance from Vale de Milho golf course and only 1km from the beach.



The accommodation comprises on the ground floor of entrance hall, living area with sliding doors opening onto a balcony with partial sea view, dining area with patio doors to a covered terrace, kitchen with door opening onto a patio and bathroom comprising of sink, shower and WC.



The house is air conditioned throughout, has Wi-Fi, cable TV, parking and sea views from the roof terrace and the living room and dining room balconies. A cot and high chair are available on request. The kitchen and bathrooms were all recently refurbished.



The nearest beach is just a 15 minute walk away. It's a sheltered bay bordered by striking sandstone cliffs. Boat trips around the caves and grottos leave daily from the beach and it offers various other activities such as pedalo hire, kayak hire, wakeboarding and more. Located at the beach is O Stop restaurant / snack bar which can serve as an elegant restaurant for an evening meal or somewhere to grab a lunctime snack. There are a few other restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa.



Carvoeiro town centre is just a few minutes away by car/taxi. Carvoeiro itself is a charming, family friendly town. During the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected in the square and live music is played every night.



Tourist tax

Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
