The Space:

Casa Scarlett is situated in Monte Carvoeiro. A quiet cul-de-sac with stunning sea views on the approach and around the pool. In a complex of townhouses/ apartments sharing a communal pool with adjacent shower. The property is all about location, being situated in a quiet area but within a 1-minute walk of a few bars and restaurants or within a 10-minute walk to the town centre and beaches.



On entering through the front door a lobby area meets you, which leads on to the kitchen which is fully equipped. The lounge/ Dining area is spacious with 2 sofas, TV, DVD player, WiFi, English channels, Music system with Bluetooth and Wii console with various games. Leading from the lounge is a balcony with a table and 5 chairs. Air conditioning in the lounge and two bedrooms.



There is one double bedroom and one twin room, the twin room, having 2 single beds, one of which is a trundle bed for a 3rd child/ person if required. Both bedrooms have safes and hairdryers. One family bathroom with shower enclosure. The location is 3 mins walk from Praia Paraiso sandy beach and 5 mins walk to the town and the town sandy beach. Roadside parking readily available outside the property.



Across the quiet road from the property is monte Carvoeiro village, with shop, bars and restaurants. The accommodation is fully Equipped for Baby / Toddlers which includes baby bath, cot, highchair, potty, sink step stall, baby bowl and utensils.



The property is fitted with underfloor heating throughout which is available for additional charge throughout the winter months if required.



Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.

Nice

A nice apartment in a good location. The decor is very bland, with no hint that it's in Portugal. Sunbeds on the balcony would be helpful. The bed is comfortable. The multitude of abrupt signs telling us what not to do sadly made us feel less than welcome.

Gute Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub an der Algarve. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung lief reibungslos und es wurde alles zufriedenstellend erledigt. Auch kleine Sonderwünsche wurden umgesetzt. Es war wunderbar und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Geweldige plek / Great place to stay

Fijne locatie, met een geweldig uitzicht. Huis was helemaal in orde. Alles was voldoende aanwezig. Wat we misten (koffiezetapparaat) werd alsnog door George snel geregeld. Alles schoon en netjes. Het is geen sfeervol huis en de open haard is puur decoratief (niet te gebruiken). Goeie bedden! *** Very nice location with a great view. House really nice . Everything was sufficiently available. What we missed (coffee maker) was quickly arranged by George. Everything clean and tidy. It is not a cozy house and the fireplace is purely decorative (not to be used). Good beds!

Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely clean spacious apartment, we really enjoyed our stay, the location is great, nice short walk to the centre but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. The communal pool was lovely, it was never too busy and we managed to have it to ourselves fairly often. There was a supermarket close by which was handy as we did not have a car. The wii was a nice touch and we played it a lot more than we expected!
