Casa Papaya is located in the quiet, well-kept Colina Branca complex with communal pool.

The center of Carvoeiro with many restaurants, bars and stores can be reached in just 5 minutes, the beach in 10 minutes on foot.

From the entrance area you enter the spacious, bright living room with dining area, air conditioning and fireplace.

From the wind-protected terrace directly in front of the living room you have a wonderful view over the rooftops of Carvoeiro to the sea.

The kitchen is on the same floor and is equipped with all major appliances (stove, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc.).

A staircase leads down one floor. Here are the two bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and bathroom en suite, the other with two single beds.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a small balcony. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub and bidet, the other has a shower.

A staircase from the living room leads to the roof terrace with fantastic sea views.

There is a covered parking space for your vehicle in front of the entrance.

SURROUNDINGS

The center of Carvoeiro, where there is a beach, numerous restaurants, small stores, banks with ATMs and the post office, can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A colorful market with typical Portuguese handicrafts invites visitors to stroll around.

There are also equestrian centers, two water parks, a diving school, the Zoomarine, golf courses, tennis centers and plenty of water sports facilities in the vicinity of Carvoeiro.

The bathing season lasts almost all year round.

Large shopping centers and supermarkets such as Intermarché, Aldi or Lidl can be reached by car in just a few minutes.

Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point for discovering the Algarve. These include coastal walks, fantastic beaches, the Monchique Mountains with their 900 meters of altitude, Sagres as the most south-westerly point in Europe, historic towns such as Lagos and Silves, an interesting day trip to Lisbon (travel time approx. 2.5 hours) or an eventful day trip to the Spanish city of Seville (travel time approx. 2 hours).
In summer, the Algarve offers a variety of cultural highlights in the evenings.
