  • Casa Pachorrenta is a modern and stylish 3 bedroom villa with private salt water pool located in the centre of Carvoeiro only 500 metres from the beach.



    The villa offers spacious terraces equipped with comfy seating areas, outdoor dining table, sun beds, parasols, barbecue and pool. Ideal for making the most of outdoor living.



    The accommodation comprises of an open plan living / dining / kitchen area, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds) and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.



    The house is fully air conditioned, has Wi-Fi and both cable TV and an internet hosted TV service with numerous international channels. A cot an highchair can be provided on request.



    Carvoeiro is family friendly, seaside town with a beautiful sandy beach at its centre. From the beach run regular boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area. There is a scuba diving centre nearby, kayaking, pedaloes and much more. Carvoeiro offers numerous superb bars and restaurants and many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.



    This truly is a beautiful villa located in the middle of the Algarve a stones throw away from numerous attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.



    Tourist tax

    Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

This villa was perfect for me and my family

This villa was perfect for me and my family, including my 4 month old baby. The location was perfect, in walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and the beach. The pool was a great added bonus. We loved all the outdoor spaces and the bbq was also a nice feature. The villa had everything we needed and I would highly recommend it.

A glorious 9 days away

We are a group of five ladies and have just spent 9 glorious days at Casa Pachorrenta . The villa is bright and airy and has a lovely freshness to the bright rooms . It is well equipped and had everything we needed for the times we cooked for ourselves and everything was clean and spotless . The outdoor area for diningrelaxing is great plenty room for everyone, the pool and pool area is just lovely . The villa is in a the perfect location surrounded by lovely restaurants and bars and less than 10 minutes walk down to the beach . We would definitely stay here again .

It was exactly as it looked in the photos

From the moment we arrived we saw the attention to detail. The welcome binder was informative and accurate and we are at a couple of the recommended restaurants. The fridge had milk, cheese and ham and there was coffee, tea and a welcome gift of wine. It was exactly as it looked in the photos.

Our family really enjoyed our time here!

Our family really enjoyed our time here! The house was well-appointed and we appreciated the welcome gifts of wine, cheese, etc. The house was spotless. The location is extremely walkable and an easy stroll to the heart of Carvoeiro, so we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants with young kids. The pool was amazing to have too! The house is on a relatively busy street that leads into town, so might not be the best option if you're looking for total privacyseclusion. However, we had no issues with noiseanything, so enjoyed the location since it was walkable.

Lovely week in Carvoeiro

Lovely week in Carvoeiro. We knew the area well as we have visited the resort lots of times so knew the location was pretty central. The villa was just as expected and is well suited for 5 adults. There wasn’t enough room to park in front of the garage as stated although this wasn’t a problem as we found ample parking just a short walk away. We did experience some noise from the road and hotel and the odd drunken singers but due to the location this is expected.

Great Villa

We had a nice week in Carvoeiro. The house and its oudoor area was amazing. Nice restaurants and bars only a short walk from the house.
