Casa Anton is a beautifully light and airy detached villa situated only 1.5km (15 - 20 minute walk) from the centre of Carvoeiro, with its stunning beach, board walk and an array of cafes, restaurants and shops.



The property is accessed via a private driveway, with ample parking and is fully fenced-off and enclosed. The outside benefits from a private pool which can be heated (pool heating costs extra) and enjoys an abundance of spaces designed for outdoor living, including BBQ area with modern outdoor sofas & coffee table, a lovely dining area and well-established gardens with lawn and traditional shrubs, plants and trees. Electric awnings to the front and side of the house provide plenty of shade for the summer months.



The accommodation is arranged over two levels, comprising on the ground floor of: Entrance hallway with guest cloakroom; spacious and bright open-plan living/dining room with log burner and patio doors to ground floor terraces and pool; fully-equipped kitchen with both a Nespresso, bean to cup coffee machine and filter coffee maker for all the coffee lovers out there!; utility room; two en-suite bedrooms (one double and one twin room), both with en-suites and one with garden access through patio doors. Upstairs, the principal bedroom is extremely spacious with en-suite bathroom and access to a beautiful roof terrace, enjoying far-reaching views of the surrounding area and the Atlantic Ocean.



The house has air conditioning in all the bedrooms, Wi-Fi and a cot and high chair are available upon request. It also has a Sonos sound system which includes a soundbar and portable bluetooth speaker, as well as a Nintendo Switch docking station which enables guests with a Nintendo Switch to play via the smart TV.



Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town, ideal for family holidays, with many options for international dining out. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from the beach. During the summer months (June – September), the square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage.

3 generations of our family stayed here and we absolutely love this place, very quiet area at the end of a close, this is our 4th stay here over the years but find it harder and harder to book each year, we were in Carvoeiro for 2 weeks but could only get this villa for 1 week. The pool is gorgeous, great size and the kids love it. Hopefully, we will return!

Fantastic Vacation in Carveiro Portugal

We just spent 3 days at Casa Anton with a group of friends for our wedding anniversary. The house was just as described and we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The pool was a great addition to have after a long day of sightseeing and beach, to cool down. The beds were comfortable, property was accessible to amenities with a vehicle, BOLT or walking. Carveiro was a great beach town to visit with lots of stuff to see and do. We would recommend this place to stay and Michelle and the team were super accommodating and easy to work with for our booking.

2nd stay in this wonderful villa

Great large 3 bedroom villa with plenty of room for our 3 generations of family, we stayed here a few years ago and its better than we remembered. cannot fault the property at all, very quiet area ( apart from the grandchildren) who loved the size of the pool. Quite an easy walk to the town and beach, bit harder coming back! we will definitely stay again!
