Beautiful Villa With Private Pool in quiet Cul de Sac

Available to rent for the first time since 2022 this luxury villa has been beautifully furnished and as it is built on one level. It is ideal for families with young children. It is only 800 metres from the beach and 5 minutes drive to the Centre of Carvoeiro with its restaurants and bars. Situated on the Vale de Milho Golf Course, this is also convenient for golf and tennis. Carvoreiro is situated next to a cove with golden cliffs and beaches. The village is the focal point for evening entertainment with many restaurants and bars. The villa has a comfortable lounge and dining room with TV, video, DVD, CD player, table tennis table and telephone. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a barbecue and a private heatable swimming pool.
The villa has just had new settees and is freshly painted.

Family Time in Carvoeiro

Our family, adults and teens, had a fabulous time in Doug's home in Carvoeiro. The home's layout was superb, with ample space for everyone to enjoy, with a lovely modern kitchen and beautiful pool and lounging area. Fantastic amenities were included. The location was perfect as well. We'll be back soon!

Outstanding Villa

Had the best stay for our family holiday. The villa is far bigger than expected. The outdoor area was amazing. Lots of sun loungers and the pool was fantastic. The house is equipped with everything you need, and probably more. Doug the host was great. Nothing was to much trouble. By far the best accommodation we have stayed in. I can’t recommend this villa enough!x

Beautiful property

It's a lovely house and patio area. Unfortunately, when we checked in late at night, there were two problems: 1) the electricity was off and we couldn't figure out to get it turned on until the next day, and 2) there was an overwhelming mildew smell to the whole house. When we opened up the doors the next day, it helped but we had to remove sheets that had a wet/mildew smell to them. Some i n our party thought they were having an allergic reaction to the mildew. I would just recommend that the house be aired out before guests arrive and checked for mildew. Otherwise, it's a very lovely 4 BR house with very nice amenities. We still enjoyed ourselves.

Villa in Carvoiero

Only two of us and wanted peace and quiet, the villa slept 8 and had a really nice pool and all the facilities we would want. The place is not overlooked apart from the gentlemen on the roof of the place opposite most of the week during the daytime whilst they were doing repairs but that wasn't our villa owners fault. This place is ideal for a large family and it was ideal for us...the only problem we had...again not owners fault was that the cleaning lady came in on the second morning and stayed the best part of an hour even though we were still sleeping and I had asked her to leave as we didn't need the clean as we were only two in number. She said she would come back on Monday to change bedding etc which I again explained we were going on Tuesday and this would not be necessary....she came anyway and disturbed us again. Lovely villa would recommend it to anybody and was a great price too. Ideal location and only 30 minutes walk into Central Carvoiero, we didn't have a car but taxis are plentiful. Trust us there were plenty of towels and bountiful amounts of bed linen etc due to the over zealous maid (I know her intentions were good its just I have been ill and needed rest). Booking was easy and contact with Lynda was easy to. Don't make my mistake and go to the villa with the same name, go by the address Lynda gives you on her e mail. Once again great place to stay...say hello to the owl for us.

Belle maison, très bien équipée et bien située

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison. Une des plages de Carvoeiro est acsessible à pied. Le village est juste à côté. La piscine est belle et grande, c'est super d'avoir l'option de la chauffée. Il y a des équiments pour les jeunes enfants ce qui permet de voyager plus léger. Nous reviendrons ! (6adultes et 1 enfants de 2ans)

A perfect week

Thank you Lynda for the perfect week you had in your property. Excellent location, very well equipped house, the sun of the Algarve: there is nothing else we could have asked for. A couple of minor situations after arrival that a simple phone call solved in a timely fashion (for instance a toilet that had a problem which was fixed minutes after we reported it). The communication was always simple and the courtesy of everyone is to be noted. A special recommendation for future guests. Request pool heating. You won't regret it! We hope to stay again next year. Until then! Jorge and family.

This place is spacious and well located for family vacation or golfers! Good hiking or beaches if the pool 🏊‍♂️ is not enough and it has Wireless 5G on top if you need to download or even work!

Absolutely wonderful stay

We have just had 9 days at this beautiful house. We couldn’t have wished for more - the house is so lovely loads of room & everything you need. Real privacy around the pool which is a super size - we had 3 large inflatables at once & still plenty of room to swim. The area is really nice a quiet yet within walking to plenty of restaurants & a beautiful beach. Carvoeiro town is within walking if you wish I’d say it’s about half hour but we preferred to drive so literally 2 mins by car and easy to park! Lots more bars & restaurants in the town if you want to wander. Lynda the owner was great & on hand with any questions- Lucile the cleaner came around too .... which was nice but not expected - as only 3 of us we kept the house clean & in order but this house has plenty of room for 8+ and you would still have your own space - missing the pool already .... Will definitely stay again if we return to carvoeiro! Thank you Lynda

Amazing Peaceful weekend

I’ve enjoyed with my wife, dog and friends an amazing weekend in Carvoeiro. The house is amazing for families and a group of friends. The pool area is perfect recharge batteries and enjoy Algarve’s Sun. The house is perfect having a perfect and very equipped kitchen for those who - like me - loves to cook. The house as also super clean and the check in was perfect. I only have to thank Lynda for be always available for us and to let us enjoy her lovely space. We for sure want to come back!

Passamos uma semana na casa e foi excelente. A comunicação com a proprietária foi ótima desse o início e ela sempre esteve disponível para nos ajudar. A casa é como no anúncio, muito confortável, ampla e com todos os utensílios para uma ótima estadia. A proximidade com a praia é um ponto alto!

Muito potencial para umas boas férias

A moradia é espaçosa, sendo a piscina e espaço envolvente o ponto alto da casa. 8 adultos convivem sem confusão, aceitando-se também animais domésticos. Contudo, é necessária uma verificação dos utensílios e roupas à disposição, bem como da manutenção de alguns eletrodomésticos e das canalizações. Foi necessário um desentupimento urgente das canalizações nas caixas do jardim, durante as nossas férias, que se revelou bastante desagradável e que poderia ter ocorrido preventivamente semanas antes. A máquina de lavar roupa, indispensável para férias em família, só funciona com pancada na porta. A limpeza ocorre duas vezes por semana, sendo realizada por uma única funcionária durante toda a manhã. Mesmo cumprindo as normas de segurança COVID, duas pessoas fariam de forma mais rápida e menos intrusiva para quem está de férias.
