Villa Bella Vista – Your Perfect Family Retreat

Villa Bella Vista is a stunning family villa set on the picturesque Vale de Milho golf complex, overlooking the 6th green. This three-bedroom villa boasts a spacious, elevated position with breathtaking views and a south-facing pool, ensuring sun all day. The property features a large private heated pool, fully enclosed for safety and not overlooked, the villa has air conditioning making it comfortable on warm evenings.

The pool area has a large covered gazebo with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals prepared on the BBQ. For those magical evenings, head to the roof terrace and savour sundowners while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

New for Spring 2025: Ultra-Quiet Mitsubishi Air Conditioning
This winter, we are installing a brand-new, ultra-quiet air conditioning system throughout the villa, ensuring you stay cool and comfortable during your holiday.

Location and Booking Details:
- Exact Location: Find us on the What3Words app using stairwell.bikers.motel.
- Booking: Changeovers are Friday to Friday (June to August).

Inside the Villa

The villa offers three spacious bedrooms:
- A master bedroom with en-suite.
- Two additional bedrooms served by a separate bathroom.

The property is well-equipped for families with young children, offering a crib and high chair. Inside, you’ll find a large living room, a separate dining room, and a kitchen with with Nespresso coffee machine. Stay connected with free strong Wi-Fi and satellite TV with sky sports and movies.

To ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible:
- Housekeeping: Luana, our friendly housekeeper, visits three days a week and can assist with laundry.
- Maintenance: Tony, the pool man, and the gardening team visit weekly.
- Extra Guests: The villa can accommodate additional guests upon request.

Outdoor Living

The private pool area is a highlight, with its child-safe design and covered seating space. Enjoy evening BBQs under the gazebo or take in the golf course and sea views from the roof terrace. The villa’s location also provides convenient access to shops, restaurants, and a variety of activities.

- Golf: The villa is located on the Vale de Milho golf course, overlooking the 6th green. This 9-hole par-3 course is great for adults and children, with affordable club rentals and lessons available. The clubhouse is just a 5-minute walk or short drive away.

The perfect spot

We wanted some time away and this villa was great. An easy walk to a few restaurants and a short drive to the beaches. Lots of trails to walk along the cliffs that afford amazing views and then home to sit by the pool under the stars. Very nice home and area.

A lovely place

Stayed in quite a few villas in the Carvoeiro area over the last 30 years and this has been the best value for money. Ideal for our family of 6 and super fast WiFi to help with my workcation. Quiet area with the town a short drive. Also loved the handy access to the golf course.

Lovely family villa

Our stay was fantastic. Julian and his team really went above and beyond to ensure our stay ran smoothly. We travelled with two small infants (11 months and 17 months) and everything was there for us. It really is a home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, Tupperware, pots and pans. There are plenty of towels and the space is really well thought out. The pool is lovely and great for children! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends and family

Lovely villa

Our first visit to The Algarve and the weather was superb. The villa was very comfortable and the welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch and very much appreciated. It was lovely and clean and tidy. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful. The outside areas were well maintained by the gardener and the pool was kept clean during our stay by the pool guy. We had a great 2 weeks here and would consider visiting again in the future. Our 5 year old grand daughter had a wonderful time playing in and around the pool. We would definitely recommend this property for your family holiday.

Lovely well presented villa

We have just returned from a week at this beautiful villa. The host, Julian, was extremely helpful and responsive and dealt with questions within minutes of emailing. The villa was immaculate and the housekeeper Luana was lovely. We love the area and there are a handful of restaurants in walking distance. It is also easy to drive or get an Uber into town which costs less thank 6 euros. Air conditioning would be an added bonus but there are fans in all the rooms so this would only be an issue for some. Julian really has thought of everything and we would be happy to stay at this villa again.

Fantastic!

Our stay here with our three children was just wonderful! Even better than the pictures show and the children especially loved the pool which is a perfect size! It is so quiet and private but yet lots of places nearby within walking distance to eat and explore. Highly recommend the Lighthouse Bar and Grill, Pashmina for an amazing curry and Mona Lisa Pizzeria! We had seen the shortcut others have mentioned which was very useful and only a 10 min walk to the local beach which was ideal. You can also take the boat trip from there to see the caves which I highly recommend. Communication with Julian was fantastic and he happily answered any questions I had at any stage. 5 stars!

Beautiful villa, great location!

We're a family of four and loved our stay at Villa Bella Vista. The host, Julian, is extremely helpful and replied to any queries we had almost instantly. The villa is in a beautiful neighbourhood with lovely views, especially from the roof terrace. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed, even providing beach towels and umbrellas. There is a decent shop nearby and larger supermarkets just a few minutes drive away. The nearest beach is walking distance, with the main Carvoeiro town area and beach also just a few minutes by car. We didn't play golf this time but the little course looked decent. We went to the clubhouse for coffee in the morning and it is a great spot to relax and look out over the surrounding area. Our week there was just perfect and I can't fault it in any way. I highly recommend this villa.

Ein wunderbares Haus in herrlicher Umgebung mit besserer Beschreibung des Anfahrtweges.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und alle Dinge des täglichen Lebens sind in großer Anzahl vorhanden. Wunderbar ist der Pool, der wohl jede Woche überprüft und gereinigt wird.Schwierigkeiten bereiteten uns der Anfahrtsweg -wir haben fast 2 Stunden die Adresse gesucht, weil sie über google nicht auffindbar war- und das Öffnen des Hauses. Die vorgesehenen Codekästchen waren extrem schwergängig, so dass wir sie nur mit großer Anstrengung auf bekamen. Wir wollten natürlich nichts beschädigen. Sie müssten immer mal wieder von den Betreibern überprüft werden.

Time stands still for a few weeks...

It's been few years I do not had such feeling of time passing more slowly! The pleasure of taking your time and having everything at your doorstep : - Swimming pool heated allowing from morning to night - Vale Centianes Beach at 6 min walk - Small shortcut next to the house leading directly to the road next to the beach avoiding the detour - A fully operational kitchen - A beautiful and relaxing view over the sea on the ground floor and on the roof! - Security around the swimming pool for people having babies and little kids - BBQ everywhere (swimming pool, roof, and on a patio) - Regular intervention of the housekeeper and the swimming pool specialist - perfect maintenance A very good time with family and the pleasure to avoid taking car often to go to the beach and running everywhere. Thanks Julian for this very good experience on your villa and hope to renew again next year!

Absolutely fantastic villa

Have stayed here before and luckily managed to get it for 2 weeks this year, it’s a brilliant place. Location is fantastic, villa Soave brilliant with fantastic outside spaces and beautiful pool. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The owner is quick to respond and very accommodating. Five star!!!
