  • This townhouse is enviably located just a short walk to Carvoeiro center and the beach. Stylish and modern in design, the furnishings and decor are light and perfect for the sea front location.



    There are two bedrooms, one with double bed there is a further twin bedroom. There is a bathroom on both the ground and first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern in design and has a small terrace to the exterior of the property. The apartment is fully double glazed and has electric shutters throughout. The sea views from the master bedroom are excellent and there is a small terrace to enjoy the view. From this room there is also access to large roof terrace with views of the town and sea.Externally, there is a large communal swimming pool (with seperate children's pool) sea and town views, sun beds and umbrellas.

    The property benefits from secure underground parking.

A beautiful Carvoeiro property.

We liked the quality of the accommodation and especially liked that the home was cleaned weekly. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the house when we took occupancy. It would be nice if there was toilet paper and paper towels provided and replenished at weekly cleaning. This service is provided at neighbouring properties.

Wir haben ausführliche Instruktionen zur Anreise und Zugang zur Wohnung erhalten. Der Wunsch nach einem frühem Check in wurde ermöglicht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

We had a great stay at Katherine's place in Carvoeiro. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed and more. Location is perfect with great views out over the sea and just 5 minutes walk down the hill to the beach and Carvoeiro itself. From chatting to the other owners onsite I understand the pool will shortly under go a refurb which will be great as its a little tired. It will enhance the stay even more. We will hopefully be back next year.

Lovely stay

My husband and our toddler stayed for 4 nights. There was plenty of space and the views were amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to keep our toddler fed. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely stunning home, excellent facilities with everything in Carvoeiro close by. Host was proactive and responsive to anything that you may need from getting there, check-in, complex rules and also things to dogo visit. Would highly recommend The Bay

Die Lage ist wunderschön, am Hügel mit Aussicht, aber doch sehr zentrumsnah. Die Anlage ist schön und ruhig, der Strand liegt nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, am Nachmittag gibt es viel Schatten auf einer Seite. In Katharines Wohnung gibt es alles, was man für einen schönen Strandtag braucht: Sonnenschirm, Isotasche, sogar Sonnenhüte. Perfekt für die Wanderung der 7 hängenden Täler und für die Benagil-Höhken gelegen. Traumhafte Felsformationen direkt vor der Nase.

Nous y avons séjourné pendant 8 jours, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement pour sa propreté, sa modernité, son emplacement, et ses équipements. Je n’ai rien à redire sur ce logement. Tout était parfait! J’y étais avec mon conjoint, et mes deux garçons (24 et 20 ans).

This is our third visit and second time to this complex and although we have stayed in different units our experience has been very positive each time. The location is very accessible both to the town as well as Monte Carvioero . We had the choice of dining either way and we found new places to eat which has now widened our choice even further.

Lovely town house

The property is well maintained and in a good location, steps up to the roof terrace are a bit daunting, especially if you are taking drinks etc up there. Lovely view from the balcony of the main bedroom Plenty of seating both inside and outside, plenty of crockery, cooking utensils.
