Good holiday - simple changes would make it great
We had a great week in the villa. It is located in a peaceful area and ideal for families with a couple of restaurants and shops in walking distance. I would recommend having a car, however Uber was cheap and easy too.
Outside - the photos on the listing are out of date - there are no longer any bushes surrounding the garden, it is all fenced in with white metal fencing. The house is now painted white, not peach. The outside furniture is very dated and worn (some broken parts) and needs to be replaced. The kitchen is very well equipped but there were no tools for the bbq so I had to improvise.

Inside - the house is a very good size and accomodated us well. WiFi, A/C etc works well. Kids happy with their rooms (note bedroom 3 has no window or A/C) but the bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. The kitchen had everything we needed but again, would benefit from a refresh - a simple ikea set for 8 people would be much better than the (literally) dozens of plates/glasses/bowls there now - some of which don't even fit in the dishwasher!
Overall I would recommend this house for a family holiday but suggest to the owners that they invest in some new equipment!
