This apartment is situated on Gramacho golf course just outside Carvoeiro. The golf course offers 18 holes and 27 greens, a wonderful club house open from 7am-10pm. The resort offers clients the use of the communal swimming pool which is heated with separate children's area. There are plenty of sun beds provided with umbrellas for shade. There is also a heated indoor swimming pool so this location is great at any time of year. The complex is gated and there is 24-hour security.



The apartment offers three spacious double bedrooms, one with a en suite bathroom and the other two sharing a further full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms can be presented with two single beds offering flexibility to family groups.



There is a large fully fitted kitchen well equipped with everything you will need. The open plan lounge and dining area benefit from patio doors leading to a covered seating area and gardens.



The swimming pool is just in front of the apartment.



Carvoeiro offers many dining options and some of the most stunning coastline in the Algarve. It remains a firm favourite with families and golfers. Also close is Ferragudo, Removed from the hectic resort towns , Ferragudo is a popular destination for its peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, picturesque harbour, and some of the best beaches in the Algarve. Within the village there is a fantastic selection of outstanding restaurants, cafes, and artisan shops. Ferragudo’s central location also makes it an excellent choice for exploring the Algarve. Portimao is easily accessible via water ferry.



Well-furnished and decorated this is an ideal for families or couples.

A great house in Gramacho. The house is spotless, clean and organized. Very comfortable and spacious in the middle of the Pestana Gramacho golf course, with all the beauty and amenity of that place. We plan to return many times and if possible to stay in this wonderful house.

We as a family with 2 children enjoyed enormously. You could go straight into the garden and had the peace and privacy. It is good to know that this apartment is located on a golf resort. Ideal if you play golf. Furthermore, the supermarket is 3 minutes away and a large supermarket 10 minutes away. Various beaches are 12 minutes away. In short: an ideal place to stay for a few days.

Wir waren in 61b Gramacho · Apartment In The Heart Of Gramacho. Das Apartment ist im Erdgeschoss einer Anlage und hat direkten Zugang zum Gemeinschaftsgarten und dem Pool. Es war der Jahreszeit entsprechend sehr ruhig, was wir wirklich sehr genossen haben. Die Ausstattung ist gut und alles funktioniert tadellos und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Wir empfehlen vor dem erstmaligen Betreten des Apartments sicherzustellen ob die Alarmanlage an ist oder nicht, wir haben sie aus versehen aktiviert, beim Versuch sie auszuschalten… das war uns sehr unangenehm.
