"The room was really dirty. Entry was covered in sticky stuff on wall and floor. Desk and table had sticky mess and drink rings. Behind the bed on lights more sticky stuff. Cheese that was old was wrapped in a rubber band on the floor. The drawers on the dresser would not close and stayed open a foot ..."

Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort
"The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Microwaves and room service are no longer available, so that was disappointing. Most of the staff were borderline rude with the exception of one of the valet guys and a late night front desk operator."

"The two tiered hot tub was excellent. Room are quite big and roomy. Bed was comfortable, bathrooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Very enjoyable stay. Element Restaurant right next door."
