Had a room at the top-floor for a week. Extremely hot all the time, and we had to open the door to the balcony when we were in the room. In a city this causes problems when trying to sleep with traffic and people outside. Breakfast was ok. Not a very large selection to choose from, but my son was happy. They were slow to fill up when they were out of something. Staff exclusively spoke english, and not all very well. Still worked out, but I can see this can possibly cause challenges. Cleaning was only on request, but they didn’t change on the bed, not even after I asked about it in the reception, and the portier assured me they would take care of it the next day. We tried to book an extra night before arriving. Prices went down the more nights you stayed there, but you couldn’t add on the existing booking. Didn’t book the 8 night, as the price then would have been the same as the first, at double the rate of the original last.
