"Amazing hotel in the perfect location. We absolutely loved the spa and rooftop pool, all of which was done with great care. Well, this hotel gets my highest five star rating, and I highly recommend it to others, my two minor suggestions would be to have foldable luggage racks in the rooms and to allow individual guests to regulate the temperature of the rooms as ours was at a toasty 24.7°C, and we were unable to change it. Again, highly highly recommend this place and we plan to come back."

"Nice hotel right by Grundlsee Lake, offering an amazing view. I had a room with a balcony directly facing the lake—it was stunning. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of variety. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel. I’ll definitely come again to enjoy a different view in the summer!"

"Spa facilities in a natural setting and very nice rooms. Restaurant was ok but very overpriced- since the location is somewhat isolated it felt like being held hostage for meals. Otherwise everything was perfect."

"You can’t beat the location and quaintness of this room. It was like staying in the guest room of a friend. Everything wasn’t perfect, but it was luxurious and they made sure we were comfortable. The best part was a delicious breakfast brought up to our room. We ate with the windows wide open and the view was perfect! Kopila and Suni were wonderful hosts!"

"there could be a small counter where we can go down and make some coffee or tea in the evening. maybe if the soda machines worked.. an incredibly sweet and helpful staff, despite us ordering breakfast a little late. she made sure of it. Thank you.. Nice and clean rooms."

"Das Zimmer war etwas altmodisch entsprach nicht der Beschreibung . das Frühstück war sehr einfach, Max. 3SterneStandard und dem Preis nicht angemessen. Masse statt Qualität. Insgesamt nicht serviceorientiert. Die neue Lobby ist schön aber laut. Der Wellnessbereich gehört zum Ramsau Bad, laut und voll. "Apartments state they have a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen of the property. They do not. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. Property owners seemed confused, stating that they had withdrawn from Hotels.com and then stating that our booking was safe, then refunding us the...
