"Es muy muy triste llegar con toda la ilusión a un establecimiento que me ha convencido por su página web muy atractiva y donde el interior nada o poco tiene que ver con lo ofertado… al llegar se te cae el mundo encima al ver un lugar descuidado, viejo, no antiguo , sin ningún tipo de mantenimiento… sucio el baño y la sala de estar del apartamento para tres personas fantasmagórico y nunca mejor dicho sofás.. mesa.. todo sucio y muy descuidado.. a un precio la noche de hotel de lujo.. pero..que...

"Hotel was lovely run by a lovely family. Furnishing was very modern and quirky liked the decor in dining room and our bedroom was lovely decorated nice colours and very comfy. There was a great choice at breakfast and presented very well. Lots of smiles and asked if we slept ok. Definitely recommend this hotel and very close to a lovely beach and town centre."

"I pre-booked the hotel weeks before I traveled. The website said that the retreat house had restaurants, lounge, and bar amenities that I thought would be useful for my stay. The restaurant was not opened when we arrived. The bar//lounge had no staff. We asked the only employee we ever saw when the restaurant would be open and she said it’s only open for breakfast. We came downstairs in the morning at 8:30. The sign on the dining room said that breakfast was served at eight to ten. No one to be...
