"This is a nice hotel just south of Naivasha in the city of Karagita. The staff is nice, they have a beautiful green garden with a swimming pool and the breakfast offers a decent selection. The room has all the things you need and the bed is comfortable. On the downside, the hotel is very noisy. If people come home late at night you can hear them talk in the hallway, and you can hear the bar/breakfast room downstairs. We also had issue with the wifi being very poor. "

Place is hard to find and it would help if they had a sign thay said "El Sueno Homestay" outside the Main Gate instead of our driver wondering if this is the place, calling the lady, then her coming outside. "While all staff were very welcoming and kind, several requests went unattended. The wait time for a service request was long and a lost item of mine took 2 days to return to me from the managers office. The coffee was instant and that is disappointing given Kenyan coffee is so delicious. We were given no instructions on how to get hot water to our shower either and only discovered this after a couple of cold showers."

"I am from the US, so according to the US standards, this property was average at best. The hotel room was cleaned every day. I felt my things were safe there. We had no issues with safety.
