"Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful. "Sehr große und sehr unpersönliche Wohnanlage. Alles schlecht ausgeschildert, so dass es recht lange gedauert hat die Wohnung zu finden. Die Wohnung selbst recht modern aber lieblos eingerichtet. Im Bad gibt es nicht mal eine Ablage für die Badezimmer Utensilien. Die Schlafcouch super unbequem. Preis Leistung und vor allem 5 Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Würde hier kein 2. Mal buchen."

"There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....
