This ideally situated house is located in the historic quarter of Lagnes, close to the castle and its ramparts. It has been recently renovated. The neighbourhood is quiet, there is no opposite and yet shopping facilities are nearby. The charming Provençal village is strategically located to discover the famous villages of the Luberon such as Gordes, Roussillon, Ménerbes and Bonnieux, all of which are unmissable and beautiful.

INSIDE
You enter into a beautiful living space with an equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. The latter has a television and a sofa that can be converted into a 140 cm bed, not to forget the billiard table that dominates the centre of the room. The separate bathroom with WC is located on the same level. On the upper floor there is a mezzanine with a very comfortable height, which serves as a bedroom with a large double bed. Access is from the living room via a secure staircase.

OUTSIDE
The 1000 m² fenced garden allows one car to be parked inside the property. There is a car park nearby for other vehicles. On the terrace, shaded by a pergola, you can have your meals or relax with a very nice view of the pool, the plain and the Luberon mountains.

OUR OPINION
The village of Lagnes, in the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, is just 6 km from L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue with its antique shops and art galleries, 4 km from Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and 10 km from Gordes. Plan a visit to the Lavender Museum in Cabrières-d'Avignon, 6 km away, and the Ochre Trail (Sentier des Ocres) in Roussillon, 20 km away.
