Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
The house was great. Very convenient for us to visit grandma nearby. House was very comfortable with 3 bedrooms The owner was very responsive to questions. The rules around there were very confusing depending what you plan to do, we thoroughly enjoyed the golf cart however there was no mention anywhere of the fuel gauge being on the fritz so our first time out when it went all the way down quickly so we got nervous and immediately turned around so that we didn’t get stuck somewhere inconvenient which was unfortunate because it was a beautiful afternoon. A note in the golf cart would’ve been super helpful with details about how far you can go. . Also we found the villages app with golf cort specific “driving” directions which was helpful. The other thing that was a little bothersome and prevents this from being a five star is that at 9:45 AM an hour and 15 minutes before check out people are ringing the door repeatedly trying to get in and get into the garage and we had somebody still sleeping so that was bothersome. Assuming it was the cleaning crew. We were out with time to spare and never heard back regarding that incident. I’d suggest bringing your own toiletries. We had to go buy soap for showers, aside from these issues, the house is very conveniently located close to Spanish springs.
