Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten wunderschöne zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber, vor Mücken geschützt und war sehr geräumig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und auch da hatte man genug Platz. Besonders schön fanden wir die Veranda, wo man viele Sitzgelegenheiten gefunden hat um sich auszuruhen. Vincenzo war immer sehr gastfreundlich und war sehr bemüht uns Ladispoli so gut wie möglich zu zeigen. Am Ankunftstag hatte er uns mit seinem Auto durch die Stadt gefahren, um uns die besten Orte zu zeigen. Zum Beispiel wo man gut essen kann oder wo man die Beste Mozerella di Buffala kaufen kann, wo es die beste Pasta gibt und wie man am besten zum Strand kommt. Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit unserem Urlaub. Es hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt.

Lovely House

We had a lovely stay in the house, everything we needed for our stay, we were shown around the town as well, its just a shame we didn't have longer, only very small negative point was that we all got covered in mossie bites the first night, in bed (we never sat out) (I had asked the owner and he said there was not many about) but they clearly loved our Scottish skin, it was fine once we applied bug spray. So just a tip. The Pool was lovely and we spend most of our time cooling off in it, we would definatly stay again if we were in the vicinity. The train was a good 15/20 minute walk away, which is fine as we like walking but was hard work in the 35 degrees heat. The Owner was extra helpful and offered us lifts if we wanted to go into town ,but we didn't wish to bother him, it was very kind. Definitely recommend this beautiful House

Maison haut de gamme avec toute les commodités. Accueil chaleureux et très serviable. À 15 minutes à pied de la gare qui vous amène à Rome en 20 minutes, très pratique. Également à 10 minutes en auto de la plage. Les photos décrivent bien la maison. Le seul désavantage est que lorsque vous vous assoyez à l'extérieur au retour de vos visites en fin d'après-midi, les chiens tout autour de la maison aboie sans arrêt, ce qui est très agaçant et perturbant. Ceci n'est pas la faute du propriétaire heureusement mais.......

Tolles Haus mit Pool

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und zwei schönen Terrassen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Villa ist großzügig, gepflegt und sauber, alles wie auf den Bildern. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden, der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken gefüllt. Netter Vermieter, der uns Ladispoli (Restaurants, Eisdiele, Shops, Strand …) mit dem Auto zeigte. Bei Fragen ist er stets erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt mit allem was man braucht gleich ist um die Ecke. Bis zum Bahnhof (Zug nach Rom oder Pisa) braucht man zu Fuß 10-15 Min., bis zum Strand ca. eine halbe Stunde. Wir empfehlen ein Auto. Ladispoli ist eine schöne italienische Kleinstadt mit guten Restaurants und Bars, man kann hier sehr gut Urlaub machen kann. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen! Amazing property, location and hospitality - far beyond our expectations!

When we planned our vaction trip to Italy, we knew that after visiting Rome and Florence, we will need to rest for a few days at some nice, quiet place near the beach. So, we found and rented this property, based on a description and excellent reviews. We are so glad we did. This place is amazing and so it's owners. I could write another review repeating what other guests have already said in English. Instead, I am going to write in Russian, so potential Russian-speaking guests would also know why everyone likes this place. But first, I would like to thank the owners Anna Maria and Vincenzo for such a pleasant experience! << Russian >> Если вам нравится то что изображено на фотографиях в описании этой виллы, то я думаю вы не будете разочарованы. Так всё и выглядит на самом деле. Чувствуется что хозяева любят свой дом и содержат все в идеальной чистоте и порядке. С момента нашего приезда с нами обходились как с близкими. Когда тур по дому закончился, мы обнаружили в холодильнике, всевозможные напитки, как для взрослых так и для детей. На следующее утро Винчензе свозил нас в город и показал где-что находится, включая пляж. Все находятся рядом. Ближайший супермаркет, в пяти минутах ходьбы от дома. Очень удобно! Всякий раз когда мы всречались с Винчензе, он всегда предлагал свою помощь. Даже когда я умудрился получить штраф за парковку в неположенном месте, Винчензе сам поехал в полицейский участок заплатить мой штраф. Так что пять звездочек не только этому месту, а также его хозяевам. Спасибо за все!

It was a wonderful experience. Our first in Ladispoli ...beautiful beach, beautiful spotless well kept home. Having the private pool was an absolute plus.. I would recommend this beautiful breezy and beautiful home inside and outside where we ate most of the time to anyone at an excellent price. We are from Scotland🌿🌷thank you Vincenzo and Annamaria.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit huis. Vooral de vriendelijke ontvangst en de gastvrijheid, die bleek uit een leuke verrassing in de koelkast (wijn en bier), hebben wij gewaardeerd. De eigenaar heeft ons een nuttige rondleiding door Ladispoli gegeven en voorzag ons ook nog van fietsen, wat erg handig was om mee naar het strand te gaan. Het huis is groot en schoon. Outstanding villa near the beach of Ladispoli

Before we have booked this villa, we have undergone plenty of researches and further options. But one thing catched our attention to book it immediately. It was the description of the villa with that many beautiful pictures which are showing absolutely the reality. At first we have thought, it might be the same concept like every marketing commercial but it´s not. It´s so amazing beautiful. Communication by E-Mail was very fast and warmly, we were asked if any assistance or pick-up would be needed. Once we arrived at the Villa located in Ladispoli (about ½ an hour by car from Rome as well as by train), we were just simply amazed how great it is! Everything is perfect as it was described on the website. The Villa is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a swimming pool with a very lovely garden surrounded. It is very neat and outstandingly clean. We can´t described every details in this review but therefore we suggest you to thoroughly read the website. The next point we would like to acknowledge is the outstanding carrying of the owners, Anna Maria and Vincenzo who welcomed us like very good friends, showed us all details and have prepared welcome drinks and even gave us a tour to get a brief orientation and ideas regarding the neighbourhood like the nearest supermarkets, best bakery and ice cream shop, restaurants, beaches and useful information for our stay. During our stay we´ve got nice reccommendations where to enjoy in Rome and once Vincenzo drove us to the train station in Ladispoli. In summary, the villa is a perfect holiday home to enjoy and explore lots of options from Rome until the beaches around or to have a lazy day at the pool. The villa is a very recommended place for the future guests and we are looking forward to visit this place again. Thank you very much, Anna Maria and Vincenzo, for this great holiday. Super semaine, maison très agréable.

Maison très spacieuse et qui comprend bien plus que le nécessaire. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très prévenants. Emplacement géographiquement sympa : Rome est à moins d'une heure en train, une super plage à quelques km sin on ne veut pas être sur celle de la ville , plein de choses à voir dans les environs. Idéal en famille (3 ados).

Super Urlaubswoche in dieser fantastischen Villa

Wir könne uns nur den anderen Bewertungen anschließen, die Villa ist perfekt um dort einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt der Garten und der Pool super aber das beste sind die Gastgeber. Es wurde einen jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Vincenco ist einfach super egal ob man eine frage hat oder so wie ich ein kleines gesundheitliches Problem, er war immer zur Stelle und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir können diese Villa absolut weiter empfehlen. Danke Vincenco für die schöne Zeit die wir bei euch verbringen durften. Kay und Familie

Wunderschöne Villa und sehr nette Vermieter

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Anna-Maria M. und Vincenzo begrüßt und bekamen gleich mal einen Espresso aus der Nespresso-Maschine, die er uns vorführte. Die Villa ist sehr schön, großräumig mit herrlichem Garten, riesiger Terrasse und neuerdings sogar einem Pool, den unsere Kids gleich nutzten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Waschmaschine, Vorräte an Wasser (für die Kaffeemaschine) Milch, Wein, Sekt bekamen wir alles zur Begrüßung. Die Villa hat ein wunderschönes Ambiente und ist sehr liebevoll und ausgewählt eingerichtet. Vincenzo zeigte uns Ladispoli, Geschäfte, Strand, Eisdiele, Einkaufsläden und wie man mit dem Auto rum kommt (viele Einbahnstrassen  ) Mit dem Zug kommt man schnell nach Rom, am besten löst man ein Tagesticket (Birgi) mit dem man dann in Rom auch Metro und sämtliche Busse nutzen kann. Für Petersdom mit Vatikan sowie dem Kolosseum mit Forum Romanum, sollte man jeweils mind. einen Tag einplanen. Für die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten ab Zirkus Maximus zu Fuß bis zum Trevi-Brunnen mind. auch nochmal einen Tag. (oder mehr) . Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind die Nekropolen (interessant), das Städtle Santa Marinella, der Bracciano-See oder einfach die Sonne, Terrasse und Pool in der Villa genießen. Wunderschöne Villa und sehr nette Vermieter

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Anna-Maria M. und Vincenzo begrüßt und bekamen gleich mal einen Espresso aus der Nespresso-Maschine, die er uns vorführte. Die Villa ist sehr schön, großräumig mit herrlichem Garten, riesiger Terrasse und neuerdings sogar einem Pool, den unsere Kids gleich nutzten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Waschmaschine, Vorräte an Wasser (für die Kaffeemaschine) Milch, Wein, Sekt bekamen wir alles zur Begrüßung. Die Villa hat ein wunderschönes Ambiente und ist sehr liebevoll und ausgewählt eingerichtet. Vincenzo zeigte uns Ladispoli, Geschäfte, Strand, Eisdiele, Einkaufsläden und wie man mit dem Auto rum kommt (viele Einbahnstrassen  ) Mit dem Zug kommt man schnell nach Rom, am besten löst man ein Tagesticket (Birgi) mit dem man dann in Rom auch Metro und sämtliche Busse nutzen kann. Für Petersdom mit Vatikan sowie dem Kolosseum mit Forum Romanum, sollte man jeweils mind. einen Tag einplanen. Für die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten ab Zirkus Maximus zu Fuß bis zum Trevi-Brunnen mind. auch nochmal einen Tag. (oder mehr) . Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind die Nekropolen (interessant), das Städtle Santa Marinella, der Bracciano-See oder einfach die Sonne, Terrasse und Pool in der Villa genießen. Eine wunderschöne Zeit an einem wunderbaren Ort!

Wir haben drei Wochen mit sechs erwachsenen Personen in dieser großzügigen Villa in Ladispoli verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Sie liegt in einer schönen Wohnanlage in Ladispoli, in der Nähe des Zentrums. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und sehr sauber! Am liebsten haben wir uns aber draußen auf der großen Terrasse aufgehalten. Wir haben alles genau so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Vincenzo und Anna Maria begrüßt. Sie wohnen unten im selben Haus, daher waren sie für uns immer persönlich oder über WhatsApp zu erreichen. Vincenzo ist ein sehr guter Reiseführer, der viele gute Tipps für uns parat hatte. Er zeigte uns Ladispoli mit seinem Auto. Alle wichtigen Punkte zum Einkaufen, Restaurants, Bars und den Strand sahen wir auf dieser Tour. Das war sehr gut. Er hatte viele gute Tipps für uns parat. Außerdem organisierte er einen Ausritt mit Pferden in der Umgebung von Ladispoli. Von der Villa bis zum Bahnhof sind es 800 Meter. Mit dem Zug fährt man in 30 Minuten in die City von Rom. In Rom benötigt man kein Taxi. Man kann bequem alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die meisten interessanten Gebäude befinden sich im Zentrum Roms. Neapel, Pompeji und der Vulkan Vesuve sind in 2,5 Stunden mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Vesuv und Pompeji sind immer eine Reise wert. Hierfür sollte man aber vielleicht zwei Tage einplanen. Doch es gibt auch viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe von Ladispoli. „Castel Gandolfo“, die Sommerresidenz des Papstes, ist in 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Den "Braccianosee" und die heißen Quellen von Sarturnia , die "Cascate del Mulino“, sollte man ebenfalls besuchen. Abschließend können wir nur gute Dinge berichten. Wir bedanken uns erneut bei Anna Maria und Vincenco für alle guten Dinge, für den herzlichen Empfang, die tolle Unterstützung und fantastischen Service. A wonderful time at a beautiful place !!!

With six adults we spent three weeks at this spacious and beautiful villa in Ladispoli. The villa from Anna Maria and Vincenco is very spacious, lovingly furnished and offers enough retreat possibilities. It is located in a beautiful residential district in Ladispoli, near the center. The equipment is excellent and was very clean !!!! We could use a nice and large terrace and we spent a lot of time over there. We found everything exactly as it was described. When we first arrived we were warmly welcomed by Anna Maria and Vincenco. They also live in this house. In all cases they were able to achieve for us always in person or by WhatsApp. Vincenzo is a very good guide. He was ready with lots of good advice for us. Vincenzo showed us Ladispoli with his car. All major points for shopping, restaurants, bars and the beach we saw on this tour. That was very good !!! He organized also a horse ride around Ladispoli and had many more good tips. From the villa to the train station is 800 meters. By train you go in 30 minutes in the City of Rome. When you arrive do not pay for taxis or trains - walk. You can reach everything easily. Most interesting buildings are in the middle of Rome. You can drive by car to Naples, Pompeii and the volcano Vesuvius in 2.5 hours. Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii is always worth a visit. But, it is better to make this trip in two days. But there are also many attractions close to Ladispoli. Castel Gandolfo, the Pope's summer residence, can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The "Bracciano-Sea" and the hot springs of "Cascate del Mulino" you should also visit. Finally, we can report only good things. Schönes Haus, warmes Meer, Rom in der Nähe

Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus mit allem, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben in dem Haus einen ganzen Monat mit 2 Kindern verbraucht und haben dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt. Auto notwendig, wenn man zum Strand möchte, die Fahrt dauert bisschen länger, aber das Meer ist kristalklar und war in diesem Sommer sehr warm (bis 29 Grad!). Zu Fuss etwas unternehmen ist leider nicht so einfach in der Hausumgebung, aber Sie sind in paar Autominuten in der Stadt. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Rom, Ostia Antica, Aquaparks, etc. Wir können es nur empfehlen

Heerlijk en overvloedig! / Delicious and abundant!

Wat een heerlijke woning om te verblijven! In de beschrijving staat geen woord teveel, eerder te weinig :P Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een week lang geweest en hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid van Vincenzo en Anna Maria. Met name het ruime terras was geweldig. inclusief de BBQ! We leefden eigenlijk alleen maar buiten (hoewel de keuken en de andere leefruimtes ook uitstekend zijn, plus alle faciliteiten), behalve 's nachts. Da sliepen we in de overgrote slaapkamers in goede en verzorgde bedden, na een douche of bad in één van de mooie badkamers. De locatie is ook perfect: vlak bij zee (half uurtje lopen), bij de trein naar Rome (15 min lopen + half uur treinen) en bij een supermarkt (2 min. lopen; 12 minuten naar een wat luxere supermarkt). Super! Dank Vincenzo ook voor je toeristische rondrit op de dag na aankomst. Echt heel erg leuk! En supergaaf dat je ons van en naar de luchthaven taxiede! Dus: mille grazie Vincenzo e Anna Maria. E arrivederci :P

Fabulous Villa

A beautiful villa maintained to an excellent standard. Vincenzo and wife were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. He collected us from the airport, drove us around Ladispoli to familiarise ourselves with the town and even organised tickets for the Lazio match. A brilliant stay, thank you both very much.

Location très bien située

La maison est spacieuse, agréable, elle dispose de moustiquaires aux fenêtres ce qui est un plus dans cette région. Les propriétaires sont serviables. La maison est située à 30-40 minutes de Rome à 10 min de la plage et de la nécropole de Cerveteri. Je conseille cette location.
