Our studio boasts spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and lake. While the complex offers a newly built pool and spa, BBQ pits, a gym, game room, basketball court, swing set, great room, business center, and a library, making it the perfect place to stay for families, couples, and solo travelers alike.  Wake up to breathtaking early sunrises and relax with stargazing/sunsets in the evening while enjoying the Weirs Beach fireworks display from the comfort of our great room balcony. 



For the comfort of all; please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo or

on the balcony. The HOA will assess a $250 fee for smoking within 20 feet of the building. Additionally, pets are not allowed on the premises, and the HOA will charge guests a $200 service fee if a pet is observed in the condo.
