Indulge in a comfortable and rejuvenating stay at our recently renovated and remarkably spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, located in the prestigious "The Village at Winnipesaukee." Our condo is fully equipped with everything you need to unwind and relax, including a cozy balcony with stunning peek-a-boo views of the picturesque lake.

Our stunning unit features two luxurious king beds, a comfortable queen size aero bed, a pack-n-play, and a fully stocked kitchen. You can also enjoy entertainment on our smart TV, stay connected with free WiFi, and feel comfortable with air conditioning, heating, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

Our prime location is within easy walking distance of the magnificent Weirs Beach and the pier. Take a leisurely stroll to Kellerhaus, and treat yourself to a delicious scoop of ice cream or shop for unique local souvenirs in the store. Our guests can enjoy various amenities, including a gated pool, playground, tennis courts, and an onsite laundry facility, all provided by The Village at Winnipesaukee.

We grabbed this condo for a night to see a concert at BankNH pavilion in Gifford. It’s literally 10 minutes down the road and worked perfectly. Condo is a bit dated, but it was clean, safe, and the location was perfect.

BBQ près de la piscine avec table = super pratique pour cuisiner pendant que les enfants peuvent se baigner! Tout est près à pieds! Condo super pratique, il manquait seulement un bon nettoyage du four afin de pouvoir l’utiliser sans odeur et fumée toxique!

Nice apartment for a short stay

The place is very clean and well located. Little amenities would have enhanced the experience. There were no tissues in the apartment. The bath and body products were enough for 1 night…so if you plan to stay any longer, bring your own. The bath towels were flimsy. There was only 1 small 1 oz dish detergent…which is fine if you are staying 1 night. The dishwasher pods looked like they had been there a few years…discolored and hard as a rock. There were no spare trash bags…so again, bring your own. There are no curtains on the bedroom windows so if you like a dark room…this isn’t the place for you. There are also no dressers for your clothing and limited hangers. The balcony railing is broken and said to be repaired soon…but the carpet on the balcony needed to be vacuumed. That being said, it served our purpose and we had had a nice time. Hopefully they will take these comments into consideration and it would be a wonderful place to stay and receive 5 stars.

Weirs Beach

This location was clean and well appointed. Nice and close to Weirs Beach in Laconia, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated finding a location to house three adults comfortably. Two bedrooms and two baths, plus convenient parking and a balcony gave us plenty of room. The hosts left us snacks, coffee, water and toiletries, which were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful setting

Great place to stay! I was in town visiting friends and family. Enough room for all of us! Loved the two bathrooms and the comfortable beds! The kitchen was well-appointed for us to make food and we really appreciate the snacks left! Would stay again.

Perfect size place for a quick overnight trip

We were in town for a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and found this place for just the right price. Close enough to Weirs Beach where you could walk there, but unfortunately the weather didn’t agree with us. Beds were comfortable and the little touch of the snack bin was great! Would definitely stay here again for our next concert.

Laconia condo near Weirs beach

Great place. Everything was clean, decor was cute. Snack box, and a couple water bottles left for us to enjoy upon arrival was a nice touch We enjoyed our time while visiting! It is walking distance to main attraction for Weirs beach, but you do need to walk down (then back up) a great big hill. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location to Weirs Beach!

Walking distance to the Weirs or the Craft Beer Xchange, Home of the Witches Brew Pub (through the opening in the fence.) The king size beds are wonderful and comfortable, with plenty of pillows! There is a closet to hang clothes in both bedrooms, but no dressers to put clothes away for a longer stay. All blinds are light filtering, (encase you are not an early riser.) Also note, there is one TV in the living room. None in the bedrooms. We only stayed 3 nights, so it was fine for us. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils etc., but could use some upgrades. White towels and bed linens are provided, even for the air mattress. Bring extra toilet paper and your own kleenex, if needed. If location is what you are looking for, this is it!
